No intro "Hi, thank you for calling Lehman...." or anything that would determine that I've reached a business or anything. I continued with my initial problem, and was advised that they had someone in the area which wouldnt be long before they could arrive. Then received a text message 1 hour later, proving another 1 hour 15 minute arrival time. No call, No Show. I then made contact with female again, advising of no show no call, and she would call me back. Gave her another full hour to provide me with a status and was sent to voicemail. Voicemail stated they would return my call promptly within 15 minutes and I was instead sent a text saying the same tech from earlier was just now enroute. Then I found other various reviews online also having the same communication issues that I am experiencing. Time is of the essence, and not calling nor showing up for an appointment is further waste of time. I would certainly NEVER refer anyone to Lehman Drain, nor would I recommend anyone even bother calling them for any type of service. Over promise way under deliver.

It still smells of septic waste, sits lopsided and cannot mow around it. Never paid for a new lid because they were only supposed to put a new riser on and use the same FLAT lid. I have asked NUMEROUS times for this to be rectified and finally the same tech that put the new riser and raised lid, came into the backyard, looked at it and said "I did my job"...He may have done his job based on what the owner, John Ford told him to do, but is not what I ordered for service. As a result of his thorough inspection and explanation, I was able to prioritize the items requiring immediate attention and identify which items needed remedy repairs before continuing with the purchase of the home. Chris personally answered my call to schedule. He was able to arrange the inspection at a time that I could attend, and worked within the timelines of my purchase contract. With his expertise, he was able to inspect all aspects of the home I needed inspected in the same visit and estimated the inspection time at about 3 hours. Chris was patient and took the time to speak with me and explain the process and arrangements. At the time of inspection, he arrived just ahead of schedule and was friendly and efficient. He allowed me to follow him through the inspection and explained his process and findings as we went. He left no stone unturned, remaining focused on the inspection and completed the inspection right on the time estimated. He delivered the completed inspection report electronically within a day. I feel that the time and attention he gave the inspection and the fantastic detailed report provided were worth far more than the fee I paid for his service. The thorough inspection service and report he provided were far superior those of my previous home inspections with other inspectors. I very much appreciated that he reasonably assessed the condition of the home given its age and educated me at the level appropriate to my knowledge and experience along the way. I was very pleased and I will definitely keep his number on hand for future use and referral. Exceptional quality and value, thank you!
