Of course the inspection revealed "damage" & sold her on a "complete chimney replacement". They re-skinned the exterior siding and charged her nearly $8000. What an incredible business model: take advantage of elderly couples and rob them blind.

Gabriel came out and did an inspection and found that the Fireplace had not been installed correctly and if we used it there's a good chance we could burn the house down. I thought it was extremism and did some research. I was able to confirm that what he showed us on the inspection camera was indeed VERY incorrect (the flue pipes were screwed together) and it could burn the house down. We decided to replace the Fireplace. Gabriel and Cayden worked with us through the entire design and installation. Cayden even offered to meet us at stone yards to help pick out Granite! What company does that?! Masters Services does!! Cayden and Gabriel were very responsive to my exhaustive questions and concerns. We're thinking about renovating our kitchen next and we WILL be using Masters Services for that job too!

He did come back to re-stain the chipped stain on the steps, but the steps continue to chip so it's obvious he doesn't know what he is doing. It looks horrible. He did replace my wagon because he ruined my initial one with concrete, and I gave him the one he ruined. He did come back 3 times to powerwash stain off my driveway and the street, but the reason he came 3 times is because his powerwasher was broken. The reason the stain was all over the driveway and the street is because one of his workers was drunk and spilled it everywhere. He refuses to tell me the color of stain that is in the concrete patio so I can clean up the spillover of stain from the steps. He left my yard a complete mess, dumped concrete in the mulch in my garden and, he broke a ladderback antique chair, which he did not offer to pay for. I strongly advise not to hire Anytime Concrete.

Original Scope: HRCC added a 1,000 sq ft to my existing deck, covered both the new & existing deck with the epoxy coating, etched and stained it to look like slate. Added Scope: I had HRCC add a custom rock garden (approx. 8 tons of rock) and sod my yard with Zoysia. Schedule: HRCC was able to complete my original scope ahead of schedule. I had a party planned when I added the additional scope. Since it was the busy season, I expected the additional work to not start for several weeks however, HRCC started it the next day and finished within a week. Costs: While costs are always a factor I typically decide based on value. In my opinion HRCC provides a great value for the costs. Mark, Tracey and the rest of the ownership team were wonderful to deal with and care about their customers. Most important to me were the caliber of the people doing the work. It was very easy to tell that they took great pride in their work, were very good at what they were doing and have worked at HRCC for decades. In addition to their work the HRCC crew worked well with the other contractors I had on site i.e. Electrician, Sprinkler Technician etc. All of our friends that have seen our remodeled yard is amazed at the change and our neighbors keep stopping by to look at the work we had done. If you choose HRCC you will not be disappointed.

They covered everything, the drainage, the install, stump grinding and the sprinklers. It was really helpful ..I just wanted to get rid of mud with some grass. When I told them they got the job, they started demo the following day. Tani, "T" was the project manager and the handoff from Brian to T was seamless. The job was finished in 2 days and I was completely satisfied with the quality of the work. Brian followed up the following day to make sure I didn't have any concerns.
