We didn't have to go all the way to the alley. My grandkids really enjoyed watching the entire process and now we have a beautiful huge driveway that can also be a pickleball court! We also removed a wooden deck and had a huge tree removed and replaced it with a patio to match the existing patio design. The patio was poured in 12/2022. We are very happy with the results! Anytime you are working on an outside project you are subject to weather delays. We know this can't be helped. Stephen Mickey was very professional and great at communicating with us every step of the way. His crew is very hardworking too!

Dallas code required a maximum grade percentage between 8 and 14 . Guess What? Our is 25% and upon exiting our driveway, the front of our car and anyone that exits our driveway scrapes the adjacent street based on the deep grade slope. I thought you are supposed to hire a contractor that knows Dallas Codes, and informs clients, when something does not appear correct. These guys failed us, will now cost us over $20K to repair their mistake, so I recommend you be extremely cautious.

Our fence on the roadside (house at the corner) has been having issues with warped/broken pickets…read morewhich needed fixing every few weeks. We used other fence companies which did quick fixes but the problem started happening again after few weeks. We wanted to solve this issue once and not deal with the fence for few years. Zach looked the fence and he found that the fence has no ground runner and that makes the fence pickets sit on the ground and become warped then pullout and break. Meaning the pickets will continue to brake and continue to need frequent repairs. Zach has given couple of options (first option is to repair the broken pickets, second option is to install new treated runner to keep the pickets off ground, new pickets and paint). We went with the second option. The poles were still in good condition, just needed an extra pole at the corner. From the beginning he has been very prompt in giving quotes, responding to questions, arriving to work on time and the finish the work on time. Prices are also reasonable. He also used pictures to convey problems and suggest solutions (this helped a lot as live out of town). The fence turned out be excellent and I am happy to recommend him to my friends in the area.

We needed the fence in our backyard on the side we shared with our neighbor replaced. Since our neighbor had replaced a portion of the fence with a reddish cedar wood Zach found the exact type of wood to match that section and did a fantastic job on the entire fence. We had a lot of work done on our house recently including new deck in the backyard, a new roof and this fence project. I can easily say that Zach's work was the best of all the projects.

The day that Alec and Brendon walked the job site, there was nothing more to consider as they had a quote in my hand before even leaving when others took a week plus even to get an estimate!   Fence Fanatics delivered the job with quality craftsmanship, integrity, and upfront honesty about each aspect of the job since our fence had some levels of complexity, given that we added a full concrete retaining wall versus a wood retaining wall. Each day, either Nick, Alec, or Brendon was on-site to oversee the job and send a communication through text, email, and phone calls. If we had a question, our email or text was answered in less than 2-4 hours, if not within 20 minutes in most cases. Hands Down, if you are considering replacing your fence or even staining your fence, most definitely give and consider an estimate from Fence Fanatics! If you review their website compared to other fence companies, you will be surprised by their competitive pricing and knowledge; their website has so much essential information about explaining shrinkage and the different types of wood and the Whys! Excellent Job, Fence Fanatics and Team!

The company was a pleasure to deal with. - The estimate was clear, and included all the specifications and alternatives we'd discussed (not true of competing bids). - Communication on scheduling and questions was very good. - The quality of the construction is excellent. A few minor issues were identified during a post-completion walk-through, and quickly resolved. - Some problems emerged with the staining, done by a subcontractor, but they were resolved professionally. Really an outstanding company, and a good choice to minimize the trauma that a construction project often involves.

We had them build an 8ft privacy fence and are extremely pleased with the result as well as the service. This fence is a major upgrade! It's not only nice to look at, but solid. We also had them install a custom corner gate that will allow us to make much better use of our big yard, and it turned out better than we could have hoped for. The pricing was very reasonable, build-out was fast and professional, and the guys were super easy to work with. The owner Todd personally consulted with us at every stage to make sure we got everything we wanted.
