A team member will get back to you as soon as we can. Is there anything we should know in the meantime? After months of voicemails and texts that all went unanswered I've now contacted the Better Business Bureau to see if they can have any luck with this company. At this point I'd need a deathbed confession and excellent follow up on the guarantee work I was promised.
