LR may be good roofers (idk because I didn't use them for that) but don't hire them for anything…read moreelse. LR remodeled a bathroom for us which took 3x as long as they said it would. * Subs were unskilled, unprofessional, did not show up as promised and did a botched job on my bathroom * Incorrectly installed wall over a curb that should not have been built * Tile installation was crooked in areas and installed with rough edges exposed * Left gobs of grout on my shower floor that we cannot get up (see pic) * Got grout on walls that had to be sanded off and repainted * Horrible job caulking * Scratched my new granite vanity top * Did not lay down floor protection on my newly installed floors and scratched them in several places....one place is almost 3 feet long Oh they also left a toilet on my front porch...said they would come back and remove from the property but instead stuck it in my garage. Then they left the mess for us to fix/clean up. Tabitha told me they just do a "construction clean up" (sweep and take out trash) and they were "done" and "offended" with my complaints. I'm sure most of the problems were because they had no one on site supervising. They simply sent subs they could find whereever and hoped they would do a good job. The best part is even though Tabitha told me all along some of her subs were not doing a good job, she now expects me to pay full price for the botched job and wants to put a lien on my house even though I've paid half the amount and am agreeing to pay a fair final settlement.

They also acted as the GC helping with fence repair, window screen replacement and gutter replacement. Unfortunately for us a few weeks after completion, we received another severe hail storm that forced the roof to be replaced a second time. Just as before, they were prompt and professional completing the work within our expectations and performing the work in a very skilled and professional manner. I would strongly recommend using Life Roofing and Construction if you are ever need a quality contractor you can count on.

Later I need a quote from a Master Electrician... I called Nick and he had a Master Electrician at my house later that evening, who was also very patient while I ask a bunch of questions to find the right solution for me even though the one, we picked would not require any electrical work. Saving me a bunch of money. Nick is very responsive and a good communicator. He is very experienced in wide range of skills and project types. Like any project there are challenges as you go, and Nick just took care of them one-by-one quickly and competently. Nick was very thorough he made sure the scope the work included necessary stuff that other tradesmen may have ignored. So when the job was done it was fully complete, solid, up to code and realistically priced. Nick is now my go-to for any work I need done to the house. Highly Recommended!

Since we live in central Plano (i.e. a 1970's house), I've always dreamed of remodeling our kitchen but was worried about the process and how our family would survive without our main gathering/eating/cooking and entertaining area. I've heard lots of horror stories and was certain we would be adding to it after we finally made that step. However, enter Nick and David and their whole crew from GP Homes and Repairs and I can't say enough fabulous things about the entire process. After our dishwasher started leaking and caused quite a bit of damage to cabinets and flooring in our kitchen, we decided that now was the time to do it. From the beginning steps of designing to demo day and finishing ahead of schedule (on Thanksgiving week), Nick and his team had us fixing our turkey dinner in our new kitchen and surrounded by our loved ones. We are big on communication, professionalism, staying within budget, and quality work. I'm happy to say that they exceeded our expectations and check all the boxes. Hi everyone, I wanted to share our horrible experience with this Construction company called owned…read moreby Omri Nagar. Unfortunately we had a horrible experience with this company, particularly with the owner Omri. With time we also learned that we are not the only family that went through that with him. Omri is an amateur, unprofessional, and a greedy person that tries to cash out as fast as possible without taking responsibilities for his wrongdoing and damages. Just to list a few things that were done: He destroyed one of our appliances that we were very clear on our intention to keep, he painted our master bedroom that was renovated few months prior to construction and was instructed not to touch it, he removed one of the interior doors and placed it outside for days which caused it to rotten, he took 2 large pieces of our granite countertops without our permission and after we asked to keep them, he destroyed the new flooring by trying to clean them with a material that clearly states on the label that it is not recommended for this kind of flooring. On that last example on the flooring, he later confessed that it was his first time doing that type of flooring. That was very frustrating. He didn't finish the work that he was already payed for and just left the site. The best way to show his work is to see it. Images of his amateur work are attached. Update: I just read your response. Unsurprisingly, the way you handle this review as exactly the same way as you handle the low standard of your work, the damages and missing items throughout your project. I added images of the transactions showing some of the money I paid you. Readers with common sense and basic decency will judge by themselves if I was a customer or not.

I had an extremely disappointing experience with this construction company. They failed to complete…read morethe project, leaving several parts of the job unfinished, including the trim work, flooring, painting, and caulking. Additionally, the floor is detaching from the baseboards. To make matters worse, they caused damage to my dishwasher and took two large granite slabs from the property without explanation. This has been a costly and stressful experience, and I would not recommend their services. We are not surprised by your arrogance and denial, we want to warn others to be aware! I truly hope our house was your last project in your unsuccessful career as so called contractor. Lying and cheating will not get you far!
