I put my paper down on the dash like I'm supposed to and took the groom. unbeknownst to me,My paper flipped upside down and was unable to be seen by the Loveland airport people so they had it towed . I got home Tuesday night at 9:50 to no car in the parking spot where I left it after searching the parking lot thinking I might've parked it in the wrong place. I finally called the police to find out. It was towed in calling the towing company $300 and that was on the cheap side. So to sum it up my$30 one way groom transport ended up costing me an extra $30 to get home, and $300 for the towing company, time out to walk the perimeter to find my car at 10 o'clock at night, call the police call the towing company and call groom none of which got resolved. And today you call the Loveland airport and they don't answer.

They bit off more than they could chew with this airport…read more 1) Not enough area to sit when waiting prior to going through security. 2) Did not make an announcement loud enough stating that they do not accept electronic tickets. So I (and several others) had to leave the miserably slow security line to go back to the counter just to wait for someone to print off our tickets. While at the counter we had to wait 15 minutes to have someone meet us since they are highly understaffed here.When we did get back into the security line we realized that one of our tickets printed were for another person, not someone under our reservation so we had to go back again to the counter to get the correct ticket. 3) When we did get to the gate area we were welcomed with the fun news that 25 people (out of the 52 seats available on the plane) needed to volunteer (or get voluntold) to give up their seats due to weight restrictions. 4) security took 45 minutes to get through partially because people took forever to take their shoes off; partially because they do not have the ticket/ID checking apparatus in a convenient spot. Also, the gentleman who was checking the tickets/IDs were helping people get their bags situated. Yes, it was nice of him but it slowed down the entire security process. Our flight was initially scheduled to leave at 11:20 and at 1:15 we were FINALLY able to being boarding. For the most part the staff was pleasant and the facility is beautiful but they were highly unprepared to open this facility. They need more people working, better announcement system, and a better security line. The old AA flights out of the old building went without a hitch several years ago and I was very disappointed in how everything was handled today. I hope that they are able to get everything ironed out or they will loose a lot of customers.

They codeshare their flights; my flight from Denver, CO to Chadron, NE was codeshared with Frontier & United. When I asked to be seated in the front of the plane, I was given a "provisional" seat due to the fact that those seats are reserved for the other carriers. The gate said "No!" to my seating, and moved me back. The irony being, of course, is that no one was in those seats during the flight. And if they'd had an electronic system, they'd have known that in the first place. The flight attendant was good, and the personnel were friendly. But - and I know it's hard for a regional carrier like this - they need to upgrade their systems to continue to compete. Then again, maybe they don't care about that - it's not like there's too many carriers clambering to go to Chadron.
