I am in a wheelchair and they went out of their way to work with me. Then I got stranded by my return ride home. I was there until 8pm. They did not leave me. In atypical fashion, my wait was much too long. Two people who arrived 15-30 minutes after me were taken to the back before me (even though I arrived before my appointment time). I was told I was waiting for a room to be available so I'm not sure why my wait was so long. Once in the back, the appointment ran fairly smoothly. The doctor was able to explain diagnose my issue quickly and send in an eye drop prescription for me that cleared it up. It worked well enough that I was able to cancel my follow-up appt a week later. The office is always clean and nicely organized. The staff is usually pleasant.
