I ordered the Matcha Lemonade, which had a mixture of lemonade soda and a matcha flavor to it for $7.50. Given the price and the small portion cup, I felt like it was a bit underwhelming at best given the price, and I don't feel like I got my money's worth. However, given the experience, I would reccomend this coffee shop to tourists in the area! Just not great for the price.

The staff were nice and warm. Offered fresh brewed coffee and even brought it to my table one time. It's easy to ask questions when you know you have a friendly staff in front of you and interaction was pleasant. I ordered a Cinnamon bun and the guy offered to heat it up. Went well with my regular black coffee. On a different instance they even brought me another coffee from a fresh batch when they realized the one I just ordered was from an older one. That was really nice. I just realized it's nice to come here in the mornings as well. The walls are all glass so it lets a lot of ambient light from the outside in. It's refreshing to have sunlight on your face while having breakfast or when reading. I tried the bacon and egg sandwich and I know it was fresh because the egg yoke oozed out when I took a bite. I was pleasantly surprised. The bread tasted and smelled good. The bacon crisp. The veggie fresh and green. There's a lot more pastry options during the day. I posted it here. I love sitting on the full sized sofa when I'm lazy and just want to read a book. The ambient music is just right, not too loud, so friends can have a relaxed conversation without the music drowning their voices. It can be busy during late Saturday mornings so come early if you want to find a table and not planning to take your coffee to go. This is located in the nice Mahogany condos. There's plenty of free street parking. When you step out there's plenty of other shops to explore. They have the Marble Slab Creamery. Of course the Chairman's Steakhouse. There's a high end wine store, a bar, etc. Plenty of other service oriented shops and more. In the summer it's great because the Mahogany Beach Club is next door. Yes there's a beach and sand, in the middle of the neighbourhood. Awesome! A paved running trail is conveniently located around the beach. When the water is frozen I've seen people ice skating and playing hockey on the ice. It's in a really nice area and enjoyable!

If I order a coffee, I get it right away, but when it comes to food, I'm standing there for 10-15 minutes wondering where is my food. Nobody asked me what are you waiting for it takes me to say to them. Excuse me. Where is my breakfast sandwich and hashbrown, or where is my farmer's wrap? I asked them where is your manager nobody came over and asked me what was wrong, there's a gentleman I called over and he just looked at me and walked away till I raised my voice louder, and I said excuse me to the girl making the food where is my bacon egg Sandwich on the regular bun, and my hash brown and she turns around says to me I already served that along time ago no, you didn't. I just ordered that. As I'm waiting for everything six more people come in and they all get their orders except me. This is happens every time I go there. You're probably wondering why do you go back if this happens to you all the time, because I'm hoping to give them the benefit of the doubt, and see if they improved which in my opinion they haven't. Don't ever go to this Tim Horton's. This is terrible service. They don't know what the heck they're doing. I can see she was busy. I waited not a problem but when it became 15 minutes now going on 18 minutes it took my friend to call the manager on the phone to report this, this is after we left. I don't want free food from them, their service and lack of manners needs improvement. I am not going back to that stupid place. I will go to another Tim Hortons, and I will give them my business, and I will give better reviews to them than this place. If you do happen to walk into that establishment and order food, make sure you get a receipt, and if you have a problem, at least you have a receipt to show proof, instead of having three girls come over and ask me three times what am I waiting for, sheesh!

This Location is ran by only one lady (sometimes she brings in one other worker)! She does a very good job with this small operation. Plenty of regulars visiting frequently. The brand of beans that they use here is "van houtte" so nothing to different from the stuff off the shelf in a grocery store, just normal coffee! Its certainly not super high end coffee. Almost every time I come in, there seems to be a completely new employee who is clearly still learning and doesn't seem to have the training or support they need. What's even more frustrating is that they are often left working on their own without a supervisor or experienced employee around to guide them. I genuinely feel bad for the employees because it seems like they're being put in a position where they're expected to figure things out themselves. Unfortunately, this has also had a major impact on the quality of the drinks. I have lost count of how many times I've paid Starbucks prices for a drink, brought it home, taken one sip, and ended up throwing it in the garbage because it was genuinely undrinkable. I completely understand that mistakes happen, especially with new employees, but when it happens repeatedly, it becomes incredibly frustrating. I'm not expecting perfection, and I have nothing against the individual employees. If anything, I think they deserve better training and support. The constant turnover, lack of supervision, and inconsistency in drink quality really need to be addressed. I've been a Starbucks customer for a long time, but I'm at the point where I hesitate to go to this location because I simply don't know if I'm going to leave with a drink I can actually enjoy. I really hope management takes this feedback seriously, because this location has gone downhill significantly and it's disappointing to see.
