Wow... Want to enjoy fresh coffee and amazing baked goods inside a colouring book!! The food is incredible with tiny flatbreads and quiches to amazing baked goods with both gluten free and locally sourced ingredients this cafe/bakery is long overdue and welcome addition to the options in Okotoks.

Dessert in a cup.

Super cute bakery In Okotoks. Specialize in cakes but have coffee & treats in their store. This place is extra special because it's been designed to look like a colouring book. Really cool place. Worth a stop if you're in Okotoks.

Your review on Cozymeal: We had a wonderful evening at our…read moreprivate dinner sushi lesson with Chef Paul. He taught us all about the best quality of sushi rice and precise knife skills for properly preparing our ingredients for sushi rolls. As well as lots of chef tips for how to create neater rolls and of course the amazing chefs blow torch which was so much fun to use and made the sushi taste even better! This was a Christmas gift for my husband and it was truly a relaxing evening and an opportunity to enjoy learning and making the food in great company with such a patient and knowledgeable chef. We really enjoyed ourselves and each dish was delectible and more than we could finish so we ended up with a full fancy roll to take home plus one extra dessert. I don't think you could get learn this much and focus so well in a larger class. I highly recommend the experience and you will leave with better sushi making skills plus recipes! Amazing for a date night and I'm sure the in house lesson for 5 + would also be a blast!

We decided to do a random winter get-a-way to Calgary. So, I searched groupon for things to do. And…read moreup comes spice chica cooking classes. It is winter. So, a cooking class was appealing. There was a list of several different ones offered on the Saturday of our trip. It gave me the impression that it was a big school with lots of teachers. I picked the date night class. It seemed like the best deal and the time worked. It was easy to book online using the groupon. I was sent a text and an e-mail to confirm. It all seemed very professional. We arrived at the the location. A co-op grocery store. We asked two clerks where the cooking class was located. Both directed us to random aisles. No clue what we were talking about. I looked on the location e-mail and verified we were in the right place. We finally asked a third employee who finally understood what we wanted and pointed us in the right direction. We were greeted by, a what class are you here for? Which kinda threw me, but we were pointed to a table based on class. Ok? The teacher then spent lots of time discussing her qualifications as a chef and the services she offers. Great! But very lengthy. She explained she was on a tight schedule and continued to talk about her experience. After verifying what everyone was there for, and seeming surprised at some of the answers, she said she was going to teach them all at the same time. Because she was such a great chef and could do that. The reason the classes were combined was so She wouldn't have to cancel the class. I booked a month a prior and there were only 2 available spots. So, her excuse seemed a little suspect. But, we were there, so whatever. She was actually able to teach all the classes. They were all variations of similar things. Some had extra courses, others had only one. But everyone seemed to be enjoying themselves and learning to make pasta of some sort. We did eat a tomato salad at the end, but the majority of our food was for take home consumption. She provided containers to those of us that needed them. And gave us preparation and storing instructions. The food was good. And an e-mail with recipes was sent after the course. We did have a good time! And she said the location is changing. So, maybe that one will be easier to find. Overall I would recommend the course.
