I scheduled an appointment, but it was canceled the day before because they said no doctor was available. I rescheduled for the following week and made it clear this appointment was urgent because I was leaving for vacation the next day. When I arrived, a bald male employee immediately became hostile and disrespectful. He raised his voice, spoke in a degrading manner, and yelled at both me and my father in front of other customers. He refused to listen or explain anything and stated he did not want to deal with us. He then denied all services. At that point, the vouchers had already been redeemed and had expired, meaning the business kept the full value while providing no eye exam, no contact lenses, and no sunglasses. Attempting to return expired vouchers was not a solution, as they could no longer be used elsewhere. This experience felt dishonest, abusive, and completely unprofessional, especially given that this involves healthcare and vision services. I strongly recommend going elsewhere if you value transparency, respect, and ethical treatment. $600

I asked why didn't you give all that info to my assistant at the time of appointmen? The front desk lady started arguing with me and giving me some nonsense reasons. The doctor who reviewed my information and checked my vision was very kind, patient, understanding. He explained and suggested the benefits of wearing glasses instead of the constant wear of contacts. I am very happy with the service received.
