A lot of companies say one thing and do another. They over promise and under deliver. Brody Allen Exteriors does the opposite. They make a promise -- and then they over deliver. If you need a new roof, siding, or gutters, don't waste time shopping around or comparing companies that can't match this level of integrity and follow through. Brody Allen Exteriors is the real deal.

Took 2 months to come put the facia back up that they took down. Believe I was overcharged and possibly price gouging. The person who quoted us said there were 2 layers of shingles that needed removed when in fact there was 1. Not sure if we got credit for the unused materials they picked up. I had to keep hounding them for 2 months to send pictures in to the insurance company. I was told on 2 occasions they had but when I contacted the insurance company, they hadn't received them. The salesman is just that. Tells you what you want to hear whether it's the truth or not. We were told there was hail damage, so insurance would pay for it. Insurance company said it's something else and won't pay.

This is going to be my 1 star review tomorrow AM:…read more I had a full roof replacement on a Friday. The following Thursday I had 7-9 roof cap shingles blow off. I called Tim the owner (who was not present during the install). He indicated he would be there in an hour. It was 4hrs later, he came and said he had to go get some adhesive. Two hours later (8:30) at night glued them back. On the next Monday, (my roof is now 10 days old), there were more tiles off. He said he would be there at 6:00pm. He did not show. On Tuesday I called and he said he would be there between 9:00am and 6:00pm as he would have to fit it in between "training". He was a no show, and no response to texts or calls. I tried to get a hold of him on Wednesday, and finally got him about 4:00pm. He said he was in the hospital since Monday night (when I talked to him Tuesday there was no mention of this). He said he would come by and look at it. He was a no show. Now he doesn't answer my calls or texts. Very unprofessional, poor quality, horrible communicator.

He was very agreeable to the specifics of work we wanted and made sure that we knew exactly what repairs were going to take place. He was also careful not to damage any of the plant life around our home. The company was very clear in outlining the scope of work, terms of payment, and overall expectations in their written proposal, much better than another contractor's proposal. They also provided written proof of liability insurance. We would definitely use them again!

For a long time, I've been trying to get a roof inspection, promised by others but never delivered…read more Am I glad I found the Yelp AI Project Assistant! Thirty seconds of key strokes, and my request was submitted. Within 30 minutes, I received a call from Brian. Shortly after that, he showed up at my home, inspected for free, took photos, and interpreted. I learned there was some limited damage, but not quite enough to warrant an insurance claim at this time. Not more than two hours passed from the time I found contact information until "roof inspection" was checked off my to-do list. I realize not every service provider can drop what they're doing, and respond to me, and that I was lucky circumstances allowed such a quick response. Still, Brian took the time to talk, make the drive, climb the ladder, walk the roof, and tell me what he saw. High marks for responsiveness and communication. Thank you, Top Most Roofing!

Kirk and his staff was exceptionally knowledgeable; was very patient and worked with us especially because we had solar panels that needed to be removed before work could proceed. In addition, I don't know if kirk does this for everyone, but he gave me his personal cell phone in case I had any questions are concerns. It gave me and the Mrs. even more confidence that we made the right choice. I would highly recommend. Wife is loving the roof too. Jus saying.....

STAY AWAY from this company just recently had a simple gutter job done turned into a nightmare…read more Communication was horrible when the crew finally showed up they rushed the job long story short my gutters were ripped off and reinstalled 3 different times not to mention they damaged 3 of the end caps on my metal roof. I entered into a contract on April 8, 2025, with CRSS for storm damage repairs to my home…read more It has now been more than seven months since the contract was signed, and no work has been performed, nor have any materials been delivered or installed. I have exercised my right to terminate the contract. Because no services were rendered and no a substantiated expenses were incurred, I've exercised my right to terminate the contract and have requested a full refund which also includes my deductible. There has been a seven-month delay caused by CRSS's refusal to move forward with the repairs as requested by my Insurance company. My insurance company confirmed they would accept photos of a repair that did not match and would submit them for review toward a full replacement. Despite this, no progress has been made on the siding or gutters, leaving my home in disrepair and an eyesore to the neighborhood. The siding has been removed on two separate occasions for samples and has yet to be replaced As communicated by phone on August 13, 2025, I requested completion of the project before the end of September 2025 to avoid HOA fines. It is now November 1, 2025 and still nothing is done. He refuses to return my money and feels like he is owed 40% of the money I paid up front. Nothing, absolutely NOTHING is stated in my contract that he is owed money when nothing is done. The insurance company asked for specific photos, those were not given and they requested a second time to be able to move forward. It's apparently mine and the insurance companies fault that he was not able to do his job the first time of getting the photos. And lastly when I asked why things were still not moving forward, he told me that now he needed someone from the insurance company to show him where the damages are! I don't know how it went from the initial scope of multiple people seeing the damages to now, not being able to see them and needing the insurance to come out to show him where they are. I requested to have my money by October 31, and here November 1, NOTHING! I'm sorry that I got involved with this company.
