    Holiday pancakes snowman!

Service was so nice, quick friendly! The cool came over & kindly asked my young girls if they like a holiday pancake!! WOW! It was the coolest & so yummy. Coffee is great, the cheese steak wrap has SPICY jalapeños & the country fried steak is really a hit! Will be back for sure

Birthday pancake for a regular. Isn't that awesome?

What a neat little place. No it's not 4 star dining, but it's not meant to be. This little diner, tucked along alternate 19 is a sleeper, a place where you go because you've been going for 25 years. Where the regulars are known and the waitstaff automatically bring their drinks to the table. Where when it's their birthday, the chef makes special pancakes for them! The food was simple, but good! I had a bacon/egg/cheese wrap, which was far larger than I expected. The husband had a double bacon cheese burger with fries. Also far larger than we expected. No, not fresh ground beef, probably those patties that they get from SYSCO, but still tasty. The staff was very friendly, very attentive. We weren't even sure they were open today, but they were, until 2pm. Since we arrived at 1:15, they were more than accommodating to us. Our cups never went empty and the food came out -very- quickly. It certainly was fresh and delicious. I know that I'll come back and try them for another meal.

Delivered a tasty breakfast with pleasant service. My husband particularly enjoyed their take on corn beef hash. Our fist stop, they had a steady stream of regulars.

    All of this for $5.75!

This restaurant has the best deal on breakfast in Pinellas County. I come here for the 3 eggs, 2 pancakes, and bacon or sausage for $5.75. The restaurant itself is old and dated, but it's like taking a time machine back to the 70's and 80's. The stereo plays soft rock and if you didn't know it, you would think that it was playing the "Guardians of the Galaxy" soundtrack. The walls are dark grain wood paneling covered in pictures of old school bridges. The coffee mugs don't match and the furniture is old, but it adds to the throw-back charm to the place. Your grandparents would feel very comfortable here. The price is right, breakfast is great, and staff is super friendly. Give it a try!

Every visit is super enjoyable. The normal patrons are the more mature retired types with the occasional younger crowd. Today it was packed with families and was almost where tables were a premium. Regardless, customer service is too notch and the smile from our normal waitress was ear to ear. I love authenticity. The food is always awesome and it won't hit your wallet hard. Make this place your regular spot of you are a local.

I've passed by this place for 20 years, never going in. I sure regret that! We finally stopped in for breakfast & it was delicious! I had scrambled eggs with corned beef hash, my daughter has Strawberry Waffles. The food was so good, service was friendly, & the coffee was hot. We will go back for sure!

This is a great spot... Just minutes from the beach. Terrific food, friendly service, very reasonable prices. Can't beat it! A great homespun spot! We had the early bird breakfast specials - served until 11. Two eggs cooked to order, sausage, great, toast - yum!

This is as my server said, "a hidden gem in Dunedin." In business for 29 years, it's the real deal if you're looking for simple, home cooking like mom always made. Located just south of the Dunedin causeway this quaint covered bridge themed restaurant literally has pictures and artwork of every conceivable type of covered bridge covering their walls. For me, it brought back memories of visiting the Pennsylvania Dutch country with my family when I was a child in the sixties where we would travel across red colored covered bridges. On this my first visit on a Saturday morning I arrived around 7:30am just before the regular customers began to arrive. I had read in a previous post they serve corned beef hash, which I love and so my order also included grits, rye toast, an egg over easy and hot tea. All for sound $6. You can't beat the affordable price and everything was delicious. I have cooked everyday from scratch for years so I can affirm the chef is talented and knows what he's doing. I was told lunch and dinner specials are just as affordable. My server was friendly, as they all are as you get a real back home feel where neighbors know neighbors. That's very welcomed in our hectic demanding we need everything now digital world. It's great to see servers who really enjoy their jobs and are friendly and open to good conversation. A side note: bathrooms are not handicapped accessible.

They took my order with a smile and brought me my food (I was a little concerned that I was too tucked away in the side room, but they found me quickly). My "all dairy brunch" was incredible! I was concerned about the chai because they used tea bags, but it was on point. The savory cheese pie was a soft grilled cheese/mac and cheese vibe with amazingly tasty tomatoes on the side. Couldn't finish the cheesecake on my first go, so took it home for later. Will be so happy to return here in the future!!

The danish was good, not a super sweet cheese and a light honey coat on the outside blending for a lightly sweet treat.

It was more than I could eat. The staff was friendly and attentive. It's not a large restaurant. Decor is American diner with a Miami vibe. But the best parts of the restaurant are the three bakery display cases, each filled with a wide variety of pastries, cookies and breads. I had a gf chocolate chip cookie. Large, chock full of chocolate chips, chewy, not dry. You wouldn't know it was gf. If you are, like me, a Celiac, live in the Tampa Bay Area or if you're visiting, get thee to Miami Mia.
