Tried to apply through the website for Indiana and they showed no openings for our area. This was after being directed to their website by a company official from another area. Very frustrating to try to get the job done. Was actually handing them a pile of money on a plate so to speak and they were not interested. I believe it can be done but you have to know the ins and outs and why should you have to do that? Why have little secret ways to do things and put in for a job when it's going to benefit the company greatly. If they can't be competent about their initial hiring how do you think they will do for taking care of my caregivers and me? At least the third of their communication on their website is all about patting themselves on the back and proclaiming how wonderful they are and including all of their inclusive Dei stuff to somehow try to make believe that we should make a decision upon that. I want good care and I want a responsive company that I can call when people don't show up and I don't want to have to put up with somebody's Gauntlet that they've made to be able to communicate or get somebody hired on.
