These people are crooks. They never did a thing they said they were going to do to make the place…read morelook better inside and out. *First up, just FYI, no dishwasher, disposal, microwave. The key is anything you want, you have to pay for Everything, including window coverings Or screen doors. Anything you tack down has to stay when you move, so they can charge the next tenant more for rent! *Second, the grass was knee high all Summer and Fall. * Third, looked at a ghetto every time I walked out of my front door. * Fourth, I had dents on the inside and outside of my garage door. Still not repaired at eight months! *Fifth, we were told there would be a grassy area in the middle for us to enjoy, there was working equipment and trash from other rentals piled up for months! *Sixth, months after a fence was put around the area for everyone but my place. , which fell down during the first wind. I felt I had no privacy in looking at what was outside of my place, but strangers were constantly coming in our driveway and dumping stuff into our dumpster, which then was overflowing. * Seventh, if I could, I would give this company a -5. *Eighth, I was told the place was clean, carpet shampooed, etc. I was shocked when I moved in that there were pills spilled all over the carpet that could have killed my Yorkie! *Ninth, on the website people are told water, garbage, sewage was paid for, however, I was paying $67 a month for these; false advertising. * Tenth, I was told the rent was reasonable, but I was paying $1210 a month, plus all utilities. *Eleventh, my medicine cabinet with mirror never worked. My washer worked part time. *Twelfth, the Customer Service and Maintenance was worthless. I cannot remember one time I received anything but excuses about everything I mentioned above. *Thirteenth and final, I moved early because I felt taken advantage of and neglected on every level. My deposit was $1500. I moved out 2/11. I cleaned the place top to bottom and patched and sanded walls-even holes that were there before me. I left window coverings. I received a bill for $1589 and coincidental , I did not get one penny back, I believe that the owner exploits the elderly; apparently it is all about gouging the elderly and how much money can be made. Seems like a con game. Elderly Renter Beware!!!

I'm choosing to identify myself as a former member of management because as you read through the other reviews of Coventry Meadows , you will notice names like Jeremy, Cheryl, Kelly. Tamie and Tiffany. These five star reviews were written by Coventry Meadows management. I was personally offered compensation by the executive Director Kelly if I would write a five star review to help combat all of the negative reviews that they were getting from ACTUAL RESIDENTS and family members. Apparently the Executive Director thought that INTEGRITY was a thing that could be purchased. One of the other things that caught my eye when reading through all of the reviews of Coventry Meadows is the fact the management team sent their family members to this facility seem to get wonderful care, but when you read the reviews of other residents that are NOT associated with Coventry Meadows or American Senior Communities their CARE seems to differ greatly. You will notice on the poor reviews the issue of staffing is brought up often. Rather than give my opinion on Coventry Meadows STAFFING issues I would just encourage any person who is thinking about placing someone at Coventry Meadows to show up and ask for a facility tour around 4:45 PM and see how many members of management are still in the building. Count the number of actual CNA's and nurses on the floor and then go ask them if they actually work for Coventry Meadows or if they are with an outside agency. Many of the other reviews bring up the issue of cleanliness and sanitary conditions. Rather than sharing my opinion of Coventry Meadows HOUSEKEEPING, I would suggest that you take a tour for yourself very very early in the morning (think 8am)and just breathe deeply. Notice the smells and go down to the end of all the hallways. Listen to see if your shoes are sticking to the floor in the dining room, patient rooms, and especially patient bathrooms. I will not take the time in this review to go over the conditions of the food (DIETARY)at Coventry Meadows . There are enough poor reviews of their food already. Everything that I've already stated in this review is only made worse by the fact that their ACTIVITIES department is almost nonexistent. When talking about the activities department, I once heard a residence say "if time flies when you're having fun, I'm gonna live forever here because I'm bored out of my mind." go ask 15 residents what activities they actually participated in the past week? Ask them about adventures or outings or discussions groups, or speakers that were brought in over the past week. In my opinion, the activities for the dementia care unit is even worse than for the main facility, which is so much worse because those people are actually on a locked unit. Which leads me to the overall MAINTENANCE of the facility. Request to look at the courtyards that the residents are allowed to use like their backyards. When I left Coventry Meadows , the courtyard for the dementia care unit looked like the untouched wilderness. It was overgrown, and had stray cats living in it. (I am unaware if these animals have their rabies shots), but it doesn't matter because in the nine months that I worked there and for the entire summer that I was there, I never saw any residents taken outside to enjoy their courtyard. It was just wasted, overgrown, unattended space. GENERAL MAINTENANCE is neglected throughout the building in my opinion. From beds that are broken and go days without getting fixed to the executive Director asking employees to purchase toilet paper holders for residence rooms because they're missing and they have nothing to hang their toilet paper on. The staff calls this place COVENTRY GETTOS for a reason. Don't take my word for it; Go ask any CNA working on the floor if they would like to be a RESIDENT at Coventry Meadows someday and listen to their answer... the floor staff does their very best incompetent upper management just my opinion. Judge for yourself.

My cousin says the products here are not first class. Because the other patients can't speak up,…read morethey have to settle for what they want to give you. You can NOT bring your own medical supplies. Then you have to settle for what they have or want to sell you. Not like the market, where you get choices. When asked if she could bring her own cathater, they finally said yes. But the staff is not accommodating. They are not fat on the response here. She has to wait ill someone comes. 5 to 15 minutes. That's not fast response, if you had to go to the bathroom, do you think? Patients don't always have control, that's why they are there. I guess they get by because half the population is stuck in bed and can't move. The occupational therapist was good. She was very good. The physical therapist was also very good. A nurse was caught singing, but it seems the management has forgot their mission. Let's get their attention.
