After yet another spring of not getting things done, not getting quotes, we finally said these people don't care about us or our business. How do you piss off a customer, by telling them you are too busy doing other work to quote them after 6 weeks of waiting. I can only imagine they just don't want to work with us, I just wish they would have told us so we could have moved on. Even after emailing him back to say, thanks but we are no longer interested in doing business, he never even responded with as much as 'I am sorry I disappointed you'. The tree removal itself was excellent, which makes what happened afterward even more frustrating. Despite taking my money for the stump grinding, the work has never been completed. I've made repeated attempts to contact them, but my calls have been completely ignored. At this point, it's clear they have no intention of honoring the agreement or even providing the courtesy of a response. Now I'm forced to pay someone else to finish a job I already paid this company to do. If you can't complete the work you were hired and paid to perform, you shouldn't be taking customers' money in the first place. I no longer want excuses--I want my $500 refunded so I can hire a company that actually follows through on its commitments.
