There was also a continued failure to respond to my telephone messages when I had a sprinkler system. I detected a general disinterested in working for me. I suspect that this company has lucrative long-term accounts and does not really care about anyone new. My advice? Consider another provider if you are a new resident in Grand Traverse County.
