Wally and his crew came out on a Saturday early. We had a huge double cedar tree to come down blocking our view of pond. Gave us a quote and we said when can you start. Wow ! We were amazed they traveled that far and were ready to work on the spot.. They did a fantastic job and went over and beyond of trimming and cleaning up all the mess from tree. Wally even carved me out two flower pots from the leftover tree stumps. We did not want them removed.. Job well done! Thank you Then I asked if they could come back and trim a bunch of cedar trees and others to let the sun in and clean out all the over growth of 30 plus years out from underneath the trees, a pretty big area. . Wow such a difference. They came back the next weekend. I would highly recommend them as a new company to anyone looking for hardworking get the job done in a timely fashion.. After being set up with Curtis Galvez who was supposed to be taking care of us after refusing to be serviced by another of their employees who we had the same issues with, we had hope that finally we were working with someone who was responsive and responsible. After yet another spring of not getting things done, not getting quotes, we finally said these people don't care about us or our business. How do you piss off a customer, by telling them you are too busy doing other work to quote them after 6 weeks of waiting. I can only imagine they just don't want to work with us, I just wish they would have told us so we could have moved on. Even after emailing him back to say, thanks but we are no longer interested in doing business, he never even responded with as much as 'I am sorry I disappointed you'. We have now hired a different company and within 3 weeks, we had a quote and the job done........at $2,500 less then LL quoted 2 years ago.
