Told them that timing wasn't critical as we were closing down the cottage for the season. Had some follow up communication to indicate that Miss Dig had been out and requested photos when the job was complete. Got confirmation that this would be done. Fast forward to the following May and the job was never completed! I texted the employee I originally dealt with and got no response. A few days later I called the main number and spoke to the owner (Myles). I explained the situation and he indicated that he had issues with the employee and seemed sincerely concerned that the job hadn't been scheduled or completed. He offered to come out that afternoon or the next day to look at the job to reassess. He never showed up and won't answer or return follow-up calls. Although I wouldn't be happy, I could at least respect them if they decided to decline the job and let me know. I was ghosted instead! Contacted another local company and had the work completed within 36 hours at a slightly better price. Don't waste your time with Tree Timber Services- they may or may not actually do the job...

The tree removal itself was excellent, which makes what happened afterward even more frustrating. Despite taking my money for the stump grinding, the work has never been completed. I've made repeated attempts to contact them, but my calls have been completely ignored. At this point, it's clear they have no intention of honoring the agreement or even providing the courtesy of a response. Now I'm forced to pay someone else to finish a job I already paid this company to do. If you can't complete the work you were hired and paid to perform, you shouldn't be taking customers' money in the first place. I no longer want excuses--I want my $500 refunded so I can hire a company that actually follows through on its commitments. Wally and his crew came out on a Saturday early. We had a huge double cedar tree to come down blocking our view of pond. Gave us a quote and we said when can you start. Wow ! We were amazed they traveled that far and were ready to work on the spot.. They did a fantastic job and went over and beyond of trimming and cleaning up all the mess from tree. Wally even carved me out two flower pots from the leftover tree stumps. We did not want them removed.. Job well done! Thank you Then I asked if they could come back and trim a bunch of cedar trees and others to let the sun in and clean out all the over growth of 30 plus years out from underneath the trees, a pretty big area. .
