Last we heard they have 46 vacancies in houston, and word is spreading. Do yourself and your family a favor and DO NOT Rent from these people you will pay dearly. That is a guarantee, espcially with surprise charges when you move out, a tactic they use to take money from you, if the property isn't immaculate, better then it was before you moved in. Plus YOU WILL have to pay for pro carpet cleaners pro cleaners to scrub the house right there was $600 out of pocket. We left on the 4th of August and they kept the whole month plus the next month, after lying to me about my early termination being waived I HAVE THE EMAILS TO PROVE THIS, this is not hearesay nor conjecture, nor bitternes, JUST FACTS.

I have written and called to complain and give them opportunity to make right and they explained how I didn't follow through with contract when they are the ones that had me Move out early because they rented property. It would be easy to assume involvement, but I genuinely believe it's incompetence rather than intent. You can finish last in your law school class, barely pass the bar, and still practice and based on everything I've seen and heard, that seems to be the situation here. I've closed over 1,500 real estate transactions, and she is by far the worst closing attorney I've ever encountered. The attached photos shows just how bad the title work was. Everyone I ever spoke to in the office was BEYOND rude, unhelpful, and acted like my presence was a nuisance. Here is the worst part: they are withholding $300 from my security deposit for paint.
