These powerhouse staff members have exceeded my expectations enormously and if it was my preference, I would give this distinctive and exceptional business 10 stars. For years, I have had a working rapport with this company where they have closed numerous of our real estate closings with precise, attention-to-details and professional performance. As soon as you walk into this business, you are met with courtesy, warmth and indeed it makes you feel very special not to mention the professional decor and eclectic setting in this extraordinary facility. Actually, this business reminds me of the way we use to perform business with dignity and respect for the clients. On Tuesday, October 3, 2023, I came into the office with an urgent matter. Attorney Ursula Woods went into action mode and she researched four to five referrals for me which I left that office feeling empowered. Every person in that office possessed a sweet disposition that is rare in these times. I recently purchased a property in Memphis, TN and unfortunately, my experience with Preferred Title & Escrow LLC has been nothing short of a nightmare. As the purchaser, I was expecting a smooth transaction, but this company has been incredibly unprofessional, extremely rude, and completely low-class. Despite the closing terms and documents clearly stating that I would be paid $2500, Preferred Title & Escrow LLC has failed to follow through on this agreement. It's been 73 days and I have yet to see any sign of the money. My numerous attempts to resolve this issue have been met with unresponsiveness, nasty attitudes, and excuses. The lack of accountability and poor communication from Preferred Title & Escrow LLC has been extremely frustrating. I trusted them to handle the escrow process properly, but they have failed to meet even the most basic expectations. i have had a very bad experience with Preferred title & escrow as they were a part of a scam and stole my money. they claimed their system was hacked and this is how someone sent me emails from their email account. they didnt use secured system in order to give me their bank details and as this scam happened they didnt take any responsibility on what happened. DO NOT WORK with them, they are very unprofessional and will not back you up if something will happen in the process!!! read more
