First, here are the strong points for Jen and her staff: 1: Excellent marketing- she knows how to market 2: Sorry, I thought and thought, but couldn't come up with any other strong points. Weak points: 1: Extremely poor communication: I had to reach out constantly to Jen and her team to find out what was going on with the home, especially once it was under contract. I asked several times for better communication, to no avail. 2: Unwillingness to accept responsibility: Jen always has an excuse for everything. "We are moving offices" "I am in Bangkok" or whatever. She never once said, "I'm sorry, you are right, we will try to communicate better". 3: If you need a realtor who works after 5pm and/or weekends, keep looking. I understand people need a work/life balance, but I have never had a realtor before who just did not respond until Monday at 9am. If Jen responds to this mostly negative review, I'm sure she will still not accept any responsibility. Looking at her other negative reviews, she just gets defensive and tries to gaslight the other side.
