    Copy and paste this info before they delete it they remove bad reviews and post fake good ones…read more If you've been screwed over by Progress Residential here's what to do ,report them to TREC (TEXAS Real Estate Commission) website go to public then complaints and submit a formal complaint supported by documentation, enter their real estate licenses 9004509 , 9003625, 9007179, there's 3 google it , it's public knowledge, TREC has jurisdiction over them and will enforce Texas justice on them maybe even revoke their licenses to do real estate transactions in Texas, Any positive reviews would have to be fake, it's the oldest trick in the internet , skip over the FAKE positives (7) SCROLL pass those fake five stars , those are hired folk who write them, them using thier people to try and maintaing the facad of good business, do your research!, google the article that made the news in 2001 on CBS, the family that was rendered homeless progress RENTER BEWARE, look it up, SEE all the bad reviews here,, I was going to share my story, which is pretty bad, but everyone else said it  for me, horrible reviews going back years, they have 46 vacant properties in houston, and increasing do to thier, wicked ways of lying and decieving and just robbing people like hoodlums, to those unaware renters who just want to provide a roof for thier families, go somewhere else rent any apt, there are sporadic billing of utilities increased , lying to you if you terminate your lease early, making you think that early termination was waived due to a govt. job, then after you move out keeping $5,500.00 of your security deposit that you needed for the next domicile you were going to live in. Last we heard they have 46 vacancies in houston, and word is spreading. Do yourself and your family a favor and DO NOT Rent from these people you will pay dearly. That is a guarantee, espcially with surprise charges when you move out, a tactic they use to take money from you, if the property isn't immaculate, better then it was before you moved in. Plus YOU WILL have to pay for pro carpet cleaners pro cleaners to scrub the house right there was $600 out of pocket. We left on the 4th of August and they kept the whole month plus the next month, after lying to me about my early termination being waived I HAVE THE EMAILS TO PROVE THIS, this is not hearesay nor conjecture, nor bitternes, JUST FACTS.

No matter how clean and good you leave the property they will find a reason…read moreto keep your deposit. they will charge you for things that were done before you moved in and no matter how you opted to do a walkthrough at the end they will not give you one. even though they are required by law. if I could give them zero stars I would. no one will call you to address your issue and you will cont to be sent in circles until you are forced to agree to let them have your deposit.

Pam Webster and Ursula Wood did some of the worst title work I have ever seen. No legitimate real estate professional I know will close there. I located the rightful owner's name and phone number in under three minutes. Your office could have done the same and saved me over $22,000. The chain of title on this deal is a complete disaster, and nearly every flawed document carries her signature. It would be easy to assume involvement, but I genuinely believe it's incompetence rather than intent. You can finish last in your law school class, barely pass the bar, and still practice and based on everything I've seen and heard, that seems to be the situation here. I've closed over 1,500 real estate transactions, and she is by far the worst closing attorney I've ever encountered. The attached photos shows just how bad the title work was. Thanks for the lawsuit you got me into, 5 years later I am still getting harassed by the plaintiff's attorney. BTW--the big boys in the industry when they screw up make their clients whole without making files on their title insurance.
