On 9/12 morning schedule time comes 8am (when she said she will come) -- no update...an hour late no update...no text response...no call response..around 10:30am she says she can do only on that Thursday... 2) I moved many meetingg including my managers meeting and other meetings to make Thursday work for her, even though Friday would have worked better. I let her know that we cleaned up all 3 bathroom sink area, top of bereau and kicthen counters so that it's easy for her to clean...we had all those stuff in boxes for 3 days... 3) Wednesday evening again I confirm the time with her. She says yes to the time and date for Thursday-9/14/23. Same story happens again on Thursday morning! Just like the one on Tuesday-9/12/23. Time comes and goes she's not there, she is unavailable via chat and call...... Save yourself all those hassles and get a DIFFERENT cleaning services.
