Such an easy process, so so accommodating, and really took the time to create exactly what I had in mind and have it delivered same day! I have used Oakleaf 3 times to send flowers to loved ones in San Antonio. Each time, they have…read more made beautiful arrangements that have thrilled the recipients. Not living in the area myself, I wasn't sure when I ordered from them the first time if this was a good choice. It was! I gave it a 2nd try and it still was. Third time, same! My loved ones sent pictures of what had been delivered and it matched or exceeded the picture on the website. Flowers are not an inexpensive gift, but the reactions of the recipients and the confidence in Oakleaf to prepare the gift as advertised (or better) will keep me coming back.

A friend of a friend referred me to Crystal and I couldn't have been happier! Our initial meeting…read morewas so fun when I explained my vision and what I liked or disliked. Crystal knows what she is doing! She gave great ideas and recommendations. She was also great with our budget and letting us know which flowers would be in or out of season in December. Crystal patiently went back and forth with me on changes throughout 18 months of wedding planning and in a pandemic. She was able to do a bouquet for my bridal photos which was stunning and made me even more excited for wedding day florals! The wedding day florals were even better than expected! She did a beautiful floral arch, three different types of floral arrangements for guest tables, a large head table with greenery, and beautiful bouquets for me and my bridesmaids! The groomsmen even said that their boutonnieres were awesome, especially with the magnet back instead of pinning it to their jackets.

Yes I'm posting this in as many places as possible because I'm that happy…read more Okay guys. I know the fear of calling up a "less known" florist for your wedding, but sometimes you hit the jackpot. This vendor may only have a few reviews around (at this moment in 2017) compared to some of these huge vendors you see here or somewhere else, but just do it. You'll be a person and not a job or a paycheck. You'll get original designs. You'll get an amazing value with pieces at or better than anyone else. Wanna be a number? Go somewhere else. Wanna be special on your special day? Go here. I was disappointed with, among other things, the services and prices of several other florists, so maybe 2 and a half weeks before my out-of-town wedding, I went in search of someone else. I wanted that amazing wedding experience on that small wedding budget, last minute. Talk about unicorns. Let me tell you Crystal with The Organic Design is IT. She blew me away immediately with her responsiveness and warm friendliness, and then went above and beyond to figure out exactly what I wanted. She even sent over a sheet with all of the flowers she had in mind with pictures and names (which, being flower-dumb, was extremely helpful). She was happy to offer any advice and ideas, she is capable of a variety of styles, and is very flexible. I had family bidding on who took home the centerpieces! Being October, I was a little scared that it may come off Halloween-y, but she showed up with bouquets, centerpieces nestled in pumpkins, and fresh flower hair combs that didn't even come close to Halloween and looked every bit of the fall I wanted. The price is way more than reasonable, she's a joy to work with, very responsive with correspondence, AND she knows an awesome somewhat-unknown baker that can make a gorgeous cake without costing half the uptown rent at Persimmon Creek Cakes (which was more than helpful, because I was looking for a new baker, too, but that's a different review). I can't wait til this one hits the featured pages and I can say "I TOLD YOU GUYS SO!"

She was extremely responsive to all questions and requests during the month leading up to the wedding. She handled all of the details with ease, and was there during the rehearsal and the wedding from start to finish. If you think "I don't need a coordinator...I can handle it myself".....please think again. Leah was invaluable and in our opinion, worth every penny we spent! Cheap, reliable and inexpensive…read more I needed Some tables and chairs for a party of 60 in a residential backyard. The staff was helpful and friendly. Far and away the best value I found in Converse and around San Antonio. Delivered right to the house and staged the tables and chairs neatly where instructed (I opted against the additional charge for set up for timeline reasons, but the fee seemed reasonable and I would have paid if it worked out). The tables and chairs were of good quality, which was what I expected, and were in the correct quantity. The delivery team counted the chairs and tables with me to verify accuracy and showed me how to fold the chairs properly. Next time I need similar items I'm calling J's Party Rental first and only.

So disappointed in my experience with this company. I am planning a wedding for Sept and I sent…read moreover an email to get a quote for the items I needed. I was intially impressed with their response time as they messaged back within the same hour. They advised that they only have a 25 mile radius and our venue was 32 --- 7 miles extra than what they cover...the rep I was speaking with advised they would reach out to I assume is the owner and see if he would still be willing to deliver and would follow up with me Monday (this was on a friday) Monday comes around and I hadn't received an update so I reached out JoAnn, the rep I had been speaking with, advised she had not heard anything and will try again. Another day goes by and I had not received a response so I reach out again and she advises they would deliver for a $300 delivery fee. Their regular deliver fee according to the website is $50 for up to 12 miles and $2 per mile after. Under normal circumstances this would be a total of $90 for a delivery. I completely understand their delivery radius but my venue is 7 miles out of their coverage zone. $50 to even up to $100 would have been a reasonable upcharge for a convenience fee charge but For 7 miles they are charging an extra $210!!! Completely obscene! When I addressed my concern JoAnn advised that she initially stated that I was not in her coverage zone and that she's sorry I feel some type of way...just all around bad business...I had high hopes for this company as they were heavily recommended and the reviews were great I really cannot believe how they handled themselves
