I wish there were more staff on the floor given the size. I had to go find someone and then they had to call someone else to finally help me. I had come into the store to use their custom design service for a closet that I was trying to reorganize. I enjoyed working with the attendant and they did a great job creating a 3D diagram of the options and confirming everything would be shipped. I was able to place my order and receive my product in about 3 business days. The set up process is a little confusing and the directions have to be looked up online but that is also not always clear as to where online to go. After some googling - we finally got everything set up and I have to say it's a solid build! Overall - quality products and the service was great once I found someone. I wish the products were more clear with directions and less hoops to jump through.

I was able to get an appointment scheduled quickly, and Anthony and Mike arrived on time. Before getting started, they inspected our Maytag dryer and discovered that part of the dryer vent connection was actually broken. They were able to remove the broken piece, properly reconnect the dryer, clean the lint from inside the dryer, and clean the entire dryer vent from the outside of the house all the way back to the dryer.
