Unfortunately no matter how many times I try to give this location another chance, they always seem to disappoint me. Most recently, I placed a mobile order and when I arrived, they told me they never received the order. When I showed them the order on my phone, the manager insisted she didn't receive it on her end. Instead of trying to fix the situation for me, she proceeded to yell at me and would not remedy the situation. After going back and forth trying to get a solution, she stated all she could do was refund me but I wouldn't get it for 5-7 days. The bathroom was clean. Thank you. But both of our orders were wrong and no condiments. Also the hot sandwich had cold cheese. And did the bread change? I'm not a fan. The soda machine was missing most of the options. There were also flies buzzing around our head. Had the worst experience with this cousins, first they severely messed up my order, then when I called back to receive a different sub, they said they were unable to do that and that they didn't have a delivery driver to bring sub to me. Whatever u do do not go to this cousins, go to subway or Jimmy Johns instead, the owner thinks their poo don't smell and offered no sub. They refused to bring sun back because of my tip amount. I just spoke with the owner and told her about the other review as I agree that they put on WAY too much mayo. I was here during the day so I can't confirm that the night employees are below average. I can say that the prices here are FAR BELOW that of any other Cousins I have ever been to anywhere in Milwaukee or West Bend! The 5 star part continued with their recent remodel (very nice) which includes a modern Coke machine which dispenses a great variety of flavors. Don't go here at night or on the weekends. That's when the young employees work who seem to either not care, or have no clue what they are doing. I watched one of the employees scoop out some soup that WAS NOT in the water bath heater, but instead in a pan on top of the pans that were in the heater. He then took the room temp soup and threw it in the microwave. I ordered a 15" ham sub. Sub was ok, they did manage to put on way too much mayo and forget the oregano on it. They also thought it would be ok to wrap the entire 15" sub in one package instead of wrapping the two halves. Called and said ok we will get it to you only to receive a call on the 2 hour mark and said oh just eat what we delivered and we'll credit you all while laughing about the mix up.....so unprofessional! This place is a bunch of carpet munchers, who choose who they are gonna help with speed and quickness. Called and order a sub and fries, waited over an hour and half for the food to come. Was cold and had about 8 Fries in the large container that I ordered. Then realized why I received such shitty service. I'm a veteran and they knew it. The place is prejudiced against anyone that doesn't have the same views on life that the owner and the majority of her workers have. Will never order food from them again. I went here yesterday, ordered a philly cheese steak. I was on the go so took it to go. Had bottled water in the car so just got the sandwich. The store was clean but the mouth breather at the register basically had no people skills and just stared at me uncomfortably until I made my order. Got the sandwich and thought it felt pretty light for the nearly $6 it cost. The Philly was alright. Tasted fine... just felt cheated because it was so small for the price. I would probably just go to JimmyJohns or subway if I had to do it again. read more

Love that you can online order & it's ready when you get there. Fast, friendly service all the time. Their subs are great but pricey.

We ordered 6 subs (myself, wife and our 4 kids). We had 4 "hot" subs and 2 "cold" subs. All the bread was super doughy and undercooked. The "hot" subs were NOT hot. The Steak & Brat, along with the Steak & Bacon subs had ice cold brats on then like they were not even warmed up. The steak was crispy like it was precooked and tried to be rewarmed in a microwave but failed to warm it through. The 2 Pepperoni Melts we also cold and had so much mayo that when you tried to close that top of the bun, all the insides of the sandwich squeezed of the middle. The grease was also terrible. The 2 cold cut trio sandwiches weren't the worse. The biggest problem was the HUGE pieces of onions. These were problems in the other sandwiches too. Its like the workers are lazy and don't want to take an extra second to slice the toppings. Instead they quarter the toppings and just throw them onto the subs. OVERALL...this has to be the worse Cousin's sub place we have ever been too! read more
