It's crazy the difference between. This business and another collision center that I dealt with a couple weeks prior. Unfortunately my wife and I had both of our cars damaged within weeks of each other. I made the mistake of going with another company even though I had been recommended to JD's. I have since learned my lesson and will never use any other business besides them. I have to admit I am a tough customer and when it came to the idea of having someone repair my 2024 Raptor R scared me. I didn't want some repair that people could look at and tell that something had happened. They out that worry to rest. I was blown away by their level of detail and they even had to order some additional parts because of damage that I couldn't see. They gave me timely updates and even got the truck back to me sooner than expected. The cherry on top was that it came back cleaner than when I dropped it off. I am not just saying they washed the truck (which they did). I am pretty sure they even vacuumed they truck and were able to get dog hair out that even I hadn't been able to get and I keep my truck showroom ready except for the floor mats. That's where they really took it a notch above. They cleaned my floor mats to where they looked brand new. I know that doesn't seem like much but it's the little things like that combined with the big things (exceptional repair) that make this team the best of the best. Thank you to everyone here for taking care of my baby. My wife says I love my truck more than her and while I am not saying that is true, they sure made the playing field pretty even. I was lucky and had insurance pay for all the repairs but if in the future, if I ever have to pay for repairs out of pocket the value they provide would far exceed any cost.

When I went to pick it up, the grill guard was laying in the back of the Jeep. They had taken the guard off, but not the brackets. The lady at the front desk tried to tell me that THE BRACKET MOUNTS came stock on the jeep. I explained to her that they absolutely were not stock and that they had come with the grill guard when I bought it. So that makes them part of it and I needed them in order to put the guard on the other jeep that I was getting. She tried going back-and-forth with me until one of the mechanics walked up and looked at her like she was crazy for arguing so much about it, then told her I was right. The guy took the car back and got the brackets off in about 10 minutes. Probably even less than that. All things considered, this place has terrible service and overcharges their customers. I did not fully understand that this shop was going to do a counter quote. After dropping off my car and getting my insurance info over (which I should have never done) I get notified two weeks later that my vehicle is totaled because the shop sent a counter quote back to my insurance and stripped a lot of the vehicle down and said it was going to cost upwards of 10,000 to fix in which my insurance totaled the vehicle. Because my insurance totaled the vehicle this shop would not let me have my vehicle back unless my insurance paid them over $3,000 for the "work" that was "performed" and the "daily vehicle storage fee". The car was never repaired, and I was left with a now "totaled" vehicle that only had cosmetic issues and a bent door frame... Beyond the worst experience at any shop I've ever had. Do not take your vehicle here as this shop tries to squeeze money out of insurance and will hold your vehicle hostage. Edit after shop reply 10/30/25: My first mistake was dropping the vehicle off. My second mistake was sending my insurance info over. All I wanted was the door bent back straight and a basic repair. When I dropped my vehicle off I don't remember it being clear that you were going to do a tear down and then charge a storage fee towards insurance. After I finally Received my vehicle back from your shop I put my own vehicle back together after I got it back and it took me about 2hrs. Charging my insurance $3000 for no actual repair work is insane. I remember quote for quote what you said to insurance since they hadn't paid you yet and they were only willing to pay you around $1200 for vehicle storage and the "work" preformed.. you said "that's not good enough." because you wanted over $3000 from my insurance for this "work" that was preformed and storage fees... aka just a tear down of the inner fender, the outer fender flair the front bumper and grill taken off and lights off. (The only reason I brought this vehicle in is because wind pulled the driver door open and bent the hinges and slightly cracked where the hinges are welded to the A pillar. A simple fix is all I asked for not a full a pillar replacement...." you bent the front fender while getting the door open (which I could have done myself but wanted to try and not bend anything more which is why I took this to a shop in the first place...) and then did a full tear down of the driver side door including taking the glass out.. I don't even care about that Jeep anymore and was willing to just give it away at that point in this process because of how pissed off I was and still am about this whole thing. You should have called me before sending any "supplement" to my insurance. Moral of the story for anyone who is considering this shop: don't involve insurance with this shop or you will be sitting between a shop feud with your insurance as the shop is trying to squeeze money out of the insurance company. They might like to do repair work but all this shop sees when you have insurance involved is dollar signs.

Sean Harper NOCO Auto Body is the single worst body shop I have ever heard of. They were paid over…read more$10,000.00 to repair hail damage to my 2019 Dodge Ram 1500 Limited Pickup. They completely botched the job. I have documentation of the mistakes from another (reputable body shop). When I brought it to the attention of NOCO Auto Body, the owner completely denied any responsibility. Well, I will say the owner said, "I can take responsibility for a missing bolt" but that was it. There is far more damage done to my truck than forgetting a bolt. The cost to fix their mistakes is well into the thousands of dollars range! If NOCO auto Body wants to improve, they need to retrain all of their body techs, only hire experienced ones and get a new owner. This is by far and away the most egregious work I have ever seen. NEVER EVER take your vehicle there for repair. Tell all of your friends.

Update from original post: NOCO Auto Body's reasoning for not fixing my vehicle right the first…read moretime is hilarious and bringing my concern to light so that this never happens to another customer. This shop knows they did wrong and is just trying to cover their rear on this one and by putting words in my mouth that never came out. The issues that I have were present the day my vehicle was returned to me the first time. The hood was never put on right, the headlights are sticking out and not aligned correctly, plastic pieces at bottom of windshield do not fit correctly, there is incorrect hood gap on all sides, the bumper was not secured on correctly and there are gaps, bumper is sticking out in one corner and rubbing, paint on hood has orange peel (I guess orange peel was caused by running over a curb), insulator ring on radiator has damage (is this also caused by running over a curb), and dirt under clear bra & bubbles. These issues were the reason I brought my vehicle back to NOCO Auto Body to fix the second and third time because they couldn't get it right the first time. Their excuse about the radiator support having damage is also bogus. Just a thought but not sure if they thought to check the radiator support before they put it on for damage and that maybe they put on an already damaged piece since all the parts were recycled? I have 5 pages of pictures from a reputable Preferred Body Shop in Loveland of the shi**y work. I will be more then happy to post them if I need too. In the expert opinion of the estimator, there was no way that what they found was caused by jumping or rolling over a curb or anything else. Besides, there is no evidence of that creating the issues that I listed above especially the orange peel on the hood and the insulator ring on the radiator. What is the excuse for those things? What a mistake I made in trying to trust this local business. And I will make sure that I spread the word about this body shop. To all other customers looking for a body shop, please make sure you do your research and go to a reputable auto body shop for your repairs and one that your insurance company recommends. Definitely lessons learned in the experience. Angie
