Gray place, Google search showed 49 reviews and 4.9 stars. We had a recall on our Toy Hauler and since they had great reviews and were a Keystone dealer we decided to give them a try. So far so good told us they were 2 weeks out till they could get to us, but got to us in 1 1/2 weeks ordered the recall part. And did the other services we asked. Everyone we have felt with has been very nice and very kind. read more

We were on a road trip from NJ when we started to have an issue with our blinkers and break lights. We weren't sure if it was a connection issue since we had just driven 26 hours with no issues but needless to say we needed to figure it out before continuing on. We called Cousins RV in Loveland, CO and they said stop in and they could see if they could figure it out. We literally got there 10 minutes before they were closing and numerous people came out to see if they could help. Turns out our local dealer had installed the wrong bulb and over time it shorted out and nothing worked. They hooked us up with two new LED bulbs and we were on our way with no issues. We were very thankful to have this fixed and with such great service! Thank you to all that helped us out!! read more

Hey if your really in need stop buy. The odds you get help aren't good. Currently they're doing inventory right before the biggest storm of the year. They literally took the toilet paper out of my hands and said come back in a couple days. I am currently living in my toy hauler because of the pandemic and this is the closest. I was a regular but they won't treat you that way. Highest priced propane but they won't explain their pricing being $.25 higher at least. Wish there was some simple work ethic and friendliness but I guess that's why the big box is taking over. Good luck. read more

Have been going to this location for over 20 years to get my propane tanks refilled. Drove in today and got out and stood by the propane station waiting for someone to come fill my tanks and finally a guy comes driving and I got him to stop and told him that I was looking to get my tanks refilled and at first I got a sharp "no" , so I repeated it back and he proceeded to tell me that they don't sale propane on Saturdays. Find it a bit ridiculous to not sale propane on the weekend when it is likely that people use it more. Find it ridiculous to let a sales get back in their vehicle and leave. My money can be spent very easily elsewhere. read more

I've purchased two Ventura Sonic RV travel trailers from Cousin's RV in sequence with the last being this past August 2021, BUT things have taken a turn for the worst where their Loveland SERVICE group this past October (couple months after purchase) QUICKLY CONVINCED ME TO NEVER to do business with Cousins again. My RV sat on their lot untouched for 3 months then finally the tech determined it was covered by manufacturer warrantee, so now it continued sitting on the lot longer and is scheduled to sit another 4 months (total of 7 months), w/best case being fixed sometime in April "if I'm lucky". I've called several times during this time and got the run around and then was told "your RV isn't being held hostage". Things get much worse. I went to get the unit on 2/21 while it waits for parts and when I arrived I found the new RV had several new things broken and/or missing. 1) broken/scuffed lift jack - LED light switch broke and LED light no longer works 2) electric trailer brake controller messed up with plug and upgraded retractable cable removed/stolen 3) plastic levelers/lift squares were missing/gone/stolen. 4) dead battery even through the RV has solar (probably died when electric brake plug was removed out of controller) 5) vinyl propane top cover was missing/gone/stolen 6) window was left open so dust to inside everywhere 6) original issue of slide out being broke wasn't touched/fixed Again, I started happy with Cousin's when I bought the new RV both times, but things have taken a turn to severely terrible. I do NOT RECOMMEND Cousin's RV. I've been trying to escalate this issue with the sales folks and several times with their Service Manager, but got nowhere. If you visit Cousin's ask them about my experience and what they've done to resolve these types of issues. It's a matter of mind over matter, "They don't mind" and "I don't matter"! read more

Great customer service! Always friendly people! So sooo happy with our purchase! Cody has been great to work with.

Once we did the final walk through, we found out a few repairs may be needed. Once the season for camping began, we had to beg for service. Once we received our new camper back, the shower was put in upside down. Hard to believe. A letter of apology was all we received. You cannot make this up. Who is in charge here of quality control? We will not be back. read more

I'll start off, the only reason we purchased from Cousin's RV was that they had what we wanted. From the first time on the lot we were almost disregarded and made to feel tolerated. When we returned to make the purchase there was no "welcome back, glad you chose us" they simply shuffled us into the finance office and quickly had us sign paperwork. What about the $3600 in upgrades available? Did you not want to up sell? What about accessories? Nobody "sold" anything, they pushed us to the next person as quickly as possible. So buying was quick and relatively easy at least, until the financing came back higher than expected and their response? To try and sell us an extended warranty, to raise the loan amount to get a longer term. Ultimately attempting to make more money while not getting us anywhere close to the deal we originally discussed. We walked out with no extras and that's fine. Walk-through and Delivery day came and this is where we had the best experience, with Cory the lot-tech. He took the time to explain everything, suggest things, and was by far the most friendly and personable employee in the building. He made sure the warranty claim for the damaged counter top was entered and we were taken care of. In the end the countertop was fixed but not before making me take time off work to drop off the trailer "during normal business hours only". Really guys? What automotive service center is closed for at least drop off and pickup on Saturdays? That's ridiculous. Needless to say unless we require more Warranty work, we won't be returning to Cousin's RV. Even then it's unlikely. They have a long way to go to match other dealership service and overall Consumer experience quality. read more

OK . . . I gave them the benefit of the doubt. I told them of the issues we had with our previous RV dealership that promised the world . . . but delivered nothing. Four Seasons promised us that in no way would they do the same . . . But here we are . . . they promised us three weeks to fix our warranty issues . . . and 10 weeks later when it was supposedly finished . . . WE HAVE MORE PROBLEMS WITH OUR RV THAN WE HAD BEFORE WE DROPPED IT OFF! Where did those issues come from????????????????????????????????????????? Now I'm left wondering if there is another RV repair shop that will fix our warranty issues that were supposed to be fixed by our dealer . . . but they actually gave us more problems than we started with????? Hhhhmmmmm . . . If anyone in Colorado has an answer to this question . . . please let me know! Not sure if I will ever trust a dealership's word ever again . . . read more

I took my Camper to them for AC replacement, when I got it back the awning had been smashed in. I tried to go back to them and get it repaired and they would not take responsibility for the damages. I nor my friends and family will ever go back to them.. read more

This dealership is awesome. We talked to Sonny Danna and told him we were not ready to buy but needed information what it takes to qualify for an rv. He took the time to tell us what we had to do, crunched a couple of numbers, drove us to 3 rv's and let us dream for a little while. When we are ready this is the place we will go. read more

We had a wonderful experience with the purchase of our travel trailer. I am very glad we chose the Loveland store, we felt like we had plenty of personal attention. We dealt with just about everybody there. Tom was an awesome sales person with great communication. Jared, the sales manager took great care of us. Tim, the service manager was patient and knowledgeable. Our favorite was Clark who walked me through the coach and explained the systems. read more

We had a wonderful experience with this team from Gary in Sales, Aussie in Tech support, Stacey in finance to Tim and Dennis in Service and Clark who did our walk through. This is the second unit we purchased and this was the best experience. We will recommend this branch to family and friends. read more

This place is a joke. We have had two separate issues. Issue One: We wanted an estimate to fix some vinyl in a trailer. They told us snarkingly that they just don't do "that kind of thing." I mentioned it to the sales department as we were also considering a new trailer. Funny thing they said that's how they always are. Well.. sales is no better. We found a trailer and talked about the price. When we went to give them the money outright they told us it would be 15% more unless we financed it. Needless to say we walked away, Ridiculous. read more

High quality service department, very thorough in repairs and warranty. I have had a lot of warranty work done on a unit I bought from another dealer and Four Seasons have always done outstanding work. I won't hesitate to buy my next RV from them because after-sale service is one of the most important factors in RV ownership. read more

Good service, although it took a long time to get the work done because the service department was backed up and struggling with staff changes. In the end Dennis took care of my repairs and got the camper back on the road. read more

Parts and service are awesome! Jordan is especially knowledgeable and always willing to explain everything in detail. Tim always takes time to listen and determine what needs to be done. Would highly recommend Four Seasons for all your RV needs. read more

This is truly the worst run business ever. I called them needing some door latches for my Fleetwood Motorcoach and give them the manufacture and part number that was right on the part. I ordered 14 of them and drove 65 miles to pick them up a week later. They substituted my part with a cheep part that you can buy online for $1.83 that they charged me over $12.00 each. I drove back and they said they made a mistake but as of today my credit card has not been refunded the correct amount. I have called both store managers and parts managers and don't even get a response. Avoid this place at all cost. There are 20 other dealers in the area, use them!!!!!!!!!!!! read more

We recently purchased a brand new fifth wheel from Four Seasons RV in Loveland. We had researched RV's for about 6 months and had visited numerous RV dealers, including the larger dealers off of I-25. We really didn't want to purchase from one of the larger dealers as we had read horrible reviews on them. So once we found a couple different models we were interested in, we wanted to check out Four Seasons RV in Loveland. First of all, they function as a "small" RV dealer, which we really liked. Everyone we talked to and dealt with were great. Gary, in sales, was a really nice guy and was great to work with. Nate, in parts, was super helpful with ordering our hitch we needed and answered so many questions for us. Jordan did the walk through with us and was a really honest, nice, down to earth guy and we appreciated his knowledge on our particular model and answered all of our questions. Justin helped us hook up our hitch and was also really great. Everyone was really helpful and it made us feel really good about purchasing through them. When we were leaving, the bungee strap we brought along to tie back the cover on our truck was too short and one of the gals from the service office, gave us a longer one out of her truck instead of us purchasing a huge back of bungees that we didn't need! If you are looking for a great experience, (vs the "big" dealers) give Four Seasons RV a try! read more
