He lifted that heavy chaise, (theatre size and quality) single handedly and thoughtfully managed the exit of my condo down a couple of flights with ease, then to the truck! Wow!! I called Magaiver for help with cleaning up the yard of the home I recently moved into that…read morehad been overgrown and neglected for a bit. Poison ivy, invasive plants, uneven ground, and a yard built into a hill - all my nightmares I definitely was not going to be able to take care of myself. He came out quickly to take a look and gave me a quote at an amazing price considering all the gear I'd have to buy to even begin to think about doing it myself and never mind the time involved. He made sure I understood that he doesn't haul the yard waste away, but will bag it up for pickup with your regular service. We agreed to have him come out the day before my yard pickup so nothing would sit rotting for long. He arrived in the morning and worked hard until the heavy rain forced him to call it a day, but he was back the next morning to finish up and even re-bag the ones that got wet the previous day so the garbage pickup takes them. My husband and I are actually amazed at how much space the yard has now that it doesn't look like a jungle, and that Magaiver did this all himself. The yard is all cleared out for winter and will be much easier to work with come spring. Magaiver was on-time, polite, efficient, and a hard worker for sure. I wouldn't hesitate to call him again or recommend him for cleanup!

First job was to remove leaves that had overrun the property. They did a remarkable job in…read moreremoving nearly every leaf. I have to say I was impressed by the job and their hard work. I then said that i would like them to come back and mow the lawn. When the grass started to grow and the lawn was not mowed, I realized that maybe we did not exactly have a meeting of the minds. I gave them the benefit of the doubt. So I called and left a message, they called back on a Friday said they would be there Monday. No one came, however I gave them the benefit of the doubt again, given the rainy days of late and they likely were overbooked. I figured then they would come on Tuesday, the lawn would be done as the lawn is now overgrown. No one came. I called late Tuesday and left a message that I wished they had told me they were not accepting my job, I would have begun my search all over again. Now by the time I find somebody, my yard will look more like a jungle than a lawn! Mary

Bryan kept in touch to accommodate my schedule. The work of Albert, Bryan, and another worker they brought was outstanding. They listened to every request I had and continuously asked that I made sure the work met my expectation. It not only met my expectation but exceeded what I expected. I will also write their responsive professionalism was extremely impressive. An invoice was set by my request ahead of the work and a receipt was immediately sent upon payment. Yet to fully give a review of Albert and son without saying how sweet, nice, and respectful they were would not give you a full picture. With my husband not feeling well and could not come out I felt so secure with these polite and helpful landscaping crew. I cannot wait to have them back!!!!
