We were lucky to have access to our venue on the Friday before the wedding to do some decorating and host our rehearsal and Daniellee was more than willing to work with our schedule and dive into help us with decorations and running the rehearsal. On the day of the wedding, Daniellee did everything in her power to ensure I was informed about everything that was going on but never had to stress about the details. She did it all-- from picking up bagels for the bridal suite to putting together healthy and delicious snack trays to assembling 15 eucalyptus wreaths-- she even talked me off the ledge during a freak pre-ceremony rainstorm! After another call to the front desk, Lindsay immediately returned to this new room to problem solve. Once she determined, she could not fix it, she sent the repair person who quickly brought us a new tv. I exclusively use Hilton app for all my travel stays so I feel like I am a very good customer. The entire time I was there, NOTHING was done in my room. That includes emptying trash, replacing towels, making the bed or cleaning the room. At checkout, I informed the woman at the front desk that I wasn't happy with the stay (she didn't ask me) and her response was "oh ok". Then she stared at me like is there anything else and I realized she definitely didn't care. Very disappointed with the service and probably will need to check out other options on my next trip.
