I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel. Rooms were clean and updated, especially for the age of the building. The staff at the front desk were helpful and polite. Great location in thy historic French Quarter if you want to be in walking distance to Bourbon Street, but not in heart of the party. No free breakfast. Parking options are valet or self parking. Fabulous views of the city depending on floor and side of the building the room is on.

When I first walked in it was a lovely hotel. Love the decor and the location. The service was really great I would like to give a shout-out to Ariana who was very pleasant to work with and was very kind. Our room was very nice I had a lovely night sleep. The beds were very comfortable, the electric blinds were so cool to use. I also liked the little makeshift kitchen area in the center of the room. The closet was roomy enough to use, but very difficult because the hangers were connected to the rod so it makes it difficult to hang things up. For the bathroom and shower I wish we had two sinks and something to put your leg on so you can shave in the shower. They are very quick to come if you need to request something in the app. We needed shower caps, body lotion, more towels, and conditioner, and they answered our request within 10 mins. The duration of our stay was three days and two nights. The location of this hotel was perfect for the city. It was my first time visiting New Orleans and it's perfect walking distance to Bourbon Street. I was also able to match my status before my stay very quickly and was able to upgrade my room from a single king to a room with two king beds. This we loved because we were two people in one room. My only issue is the aftermath I had to deal with when I lost my sweater. They acted like they couldn't find it, and after two days from when I checked out and contacted them only a few hours after I checked out where they then able to find it. Now I'm dealing with this issue. They work with a company called "ilostmystuff" and are currently trying to charge me $100+ to retrieve it. I'm very upset with this part of the service, but the overall hotel stay was very pleasant. *Pro tip* - just don't forget anything at any hotel ever!

Overall, we were pretty happy with our stay here. We were nervous when we were checking in upon arrival and a cockroach ran across the front desk right in front of us. My daughter yelled- "Mom what's that!?" Ummm...... lol The lady checking us in swept it away with their business card. We're from California and I was hoping this was just a southern weather thing and not a cleanliness thing. We were on the 9th floor, and thankfully that check-in experience was our only experience with bugs. The room was actually very clean and roomy. We could hear no outside sound on that floor and the room stayed nice and dark with the shade. We got a double King room and it was so nice for us to have a separate area from the kids. Our room overlooked a construction site and a homeless encampment, but that's no fault of the hotels. Just something to note. The hotel has nice art throughout and offers breakfast for purchase. Getting to the rooms is slightly annoying because you have to take two different elevators. The location is perfect proximity to all of the great restaurants and night life in the French Quarter. We walked to the Aquarium, Canal St, the St Charles street car stops, many restaurants, etc. We felt the price was fair for the room and would stay here again.

It was only after realizing that the hotel i have booked originally offered earplugs at check in because of the noise on Bourbon Street, I pivoted to the Courtyard. I couldn't be happier that I did. The hotel is in the same building as the Ritz-Carlton and you have to get up to the second floor to check into the Courtyard, which isn't at all obvious anywhere. Though once you figure that out it's easy in and out. The staff was wonderful and the hotel is actually impressive. My room was clean and well maintained and a great location, close walk to Canal Street and the French Quarter. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it highly.

Great hotel. Clean accommodations. Within walking distance to tourists sites and restaurants. Parking is valet type here for a fee to note. We used ride share services for the entire duration of the trip. Hotel on a one way street under construction and it's hard for the drivers to find. GPS pulls the address up as the Ritz-Carlton m. Best place for pick up was in front of the ritz hotel which this hotel is connected to. Restaurant/bar is shared. We would use this hotel again.

My room bed and then they transferred us and we got a different room same issue. Room 827 here till Sunday 9/14

plane was late, so just make a note if you arrive after 11pm you gotta call the desk to open doors. downstair is an elevator that leads to lobby (which is on second floor). i wish there was security or maybe more outside lights/bigger hotel sign. otherwise, the stay was great. the front desk staff always welcoming. i love the morning starbucks and at night your able to buy cocktails and snacks. we ended up watching the superbowl here. wasnt too loud with people and i love the more intimate seating with tvs.

No complaints.... As a Marriott member I've stayed in many however the hospitality & updated spacious rooms make this particular hotel extra special. Close to most must try restaurants & the trolley runs directly a block away. The staff made my trip. I was visibly not feeling well upon check-in and my wheelchair bound son was with me. The staff went above and beyond to make sure we safely got in our room, valet brought our luggage & menus for room service. Everyone was amazing kind & eager to assist throughout our entire stay. We cannot wait to come back!

I was drawn to stay here because this location is really close to everything in the French Quarter. After watching all the Cops episodes while filming on Bourbon St during Mardi Gras, I knew this Courtyard was close but not too close, to all of the action. I got in a little early but my room wasn't ready so I was able to store my carry-on luggage on the first level - the attendant will give you a ticket. It's in a locked room, close to the car valet's podium. I requested a higher floor to avoid the street level noise. By the way, the friendliest people work here, I spoke to at least 3 people during the first 20 minutes of my arrival and they were all very customer focused. Generally speaking, everyone in New Orleans seemed to be very friendly, that was heart warming. My room was very quiet and the water pressure was excellent. There was also a little fridge which I used for left overs and beer. I know this is not their fault, but there was a sewer leak right above the lobby area. They worked on this for at least 2 days. Let's just say it was off putting and funky. If you were planning to meet with colleagues in the open areas of the lobby area - you couldn't do that, the smell was too strong. So aside from that negative sewage smell, day in and day out, I enjoyed everything else. The restaurants and bars were all close by, as was Bourbon St. I really don't know if I'd stay here again, maybe if I became a teenage mutant ninja turtle, I would consider it.

I'm moving and looking to pass through New Orleans and stay at this Hotel. I have a 5x8 uhaul trailer attached to my car. Is there parking available for that size of rig? Thanks!

I highly doubt it. They do have oversized valet, so it may qualify, but I'm not hopeful.

Latrobe's definitely helped us achieve that. From the beautiful courtyard complete with burning gas lamps, to the grand banking room, to the wonderful food selection of delicious regional delicacies. My daughter and her fiancé did a detailed search for just the right wedding venue to meet their needs. We booked Marché about six months in advance after visiting multiple venues, and it quickly stood out. The planning process can be tedious and tricky, but their Special Events Operations Manager, Wallace, was truly exceptional. He is the primary reason we chose Marché and, ultimately, the reason our wedding day was such a success. Why we chose Marché: * Excellent French Quarter location * Beautiful views from multiple balconies * Great layout for ceremony, dining, and dancing * Incredible, authentic New Orleans food * Excellent value for the price * Wallace's professionalism, responsiveness, and willingness to go above and beyond What impressed us most after the wedding: * The tasting was extremely helpful in finalizing food and drink selections * We were able to customize ceremony and dining layouts to fit our vision * Time allotted for both ceremony and reception was more than adequate * Food was outstanding and widely praised by guests * Bartenders made great drinks and happily accommodated requests * Wine, liquor, and beer selections were very good * The "flip" from ceremony to dance space was executed flawlessly--fast, organized, and exactly as planned Guest feedback: * The staff welcomed our guests with enthusiasm and excitement. They made everyone feel welcome. * We received countless compliments, with many saying it was one of the best weddings they had ever attended * Guests loved the food, drinks, and smooth flow from dining to dancing Helpful recommendations: * Take full advantage of the balconies--we threw beads to guests waiting in Dutch Alley before the second line, which was a highlight * Have champagne passed as guests arrive to set a celebratory tone * Do not overdecorate the ceremony room--the chandeliers, floors, windows, and lighting are already stunning * Encourage guests to use the balconies at night; the views are amazing (our cigar bar was a big hit) * Highly recommend a second line--it creates a fantastic guest experience and allows time for reception setup * A separate "day-of" coordinator is unnecessary if you are organized--Wallace and his team handle everything seamlessly One small negative (for transparency): Our assigned salesperson was slow to respond to emails, and her in-person communication style was abrupt. However, this did not impact the success of our wedding and should not discourage anyone from choosing Marché. Overall, Creole Cuisine Company and its employees are consistently professional and hospitable at all levels of leadership and staff. Planning tip: Carefully review the food and beverage brochure and ask detailed pricing questions. We created a spreadsheet to track costs and maximize value. Be sure to ask about reduced pricing for minors and vendors. Final note: Wallace is a true gem--kind, positive, respectful, and incredibly attentive. Because of his leadership, the entire team operates at the highest level. Not a single guest needed anything all night, and the bride and groom were truly taken care of. Marché delivered an unforgettable wedding experience, and we recommend it without hesitation.

Plenty of windows let in the light during the day, which I am always a fan of; I hate going to dark event spaces during the day and feeling like I'm in a dungeon. There is a stage area where students for Big Class read poems. I presume that other performances take place on the stage as well. There are even some sofas for comfy seating as you enjoy whatever is happening on stage or just mingling with friends. I didn't get to explore it, but there's an upstairs area as well. It should be noted that the building is located on an extremely well lit block, so if you attend an event here at night you should feel pretty safe. I look forward to attending more events here and I will definitely be keeping an eye out for more fundraisers that may be held here.
