I loved this hotel So nice. Good food. Plenty of occupancy Nice employees. Comfy beds Parking. First floor room. I was happy with my stay

Good selection of craft and local beer. I was pleasantly surprised. Will report back later on the food!

Exceptional hotel with small, nice restaurant. They also have local craft beers available in both the restaurant and small store located off the check in area. The rooms are large and easy to access from both outside or through the lobby. I had to use the office center 2-3 times a day and all equipment worked fine. Also, free faxing available at the front desk. I don't usually need this service but found myself asking three times for it.

Probably one of my favorite hotels. Beds are super comfortable and the staff is very helpful - especially Jack! The layout isn't the best in the hallways but it's a big hotel so that's understandable. Restaurant is decent for a hotel. Short drive to restaurants in the area.

Very tired rooms in great need of an update. Also, being your own pillow because these are worthless.

By far the nicest hotel in Dublin. The hotel seems new, is exceptionally clean, and is quiet. I…read moreslept just as well here as I do at home which isn't the norm for me at hotels. It is very well designed and has an upscale feel to it. The location is great with many restaurants within easy walking distance. The only item I would change is the food isn't great here. The breakfast restaurant (albeit very affordable for a hotel) seemed to over-salt food but there are plenty of options in the area for alternative dining. The rooftop bar, Vasso, has a nice view of the river and has a nice ambience. I suggest deferring to the waiters on food to order (the pierogi was great, the ceviche was awful). The other item to flag is that there are a TON of taxes and fees attached to the base rate- 7 additional line items (approx $38 extra per night for my stay).

The hotel is nice and had a pleasant stay. Staff was friendly. Had some highway/street noise but there is a small white noise machine on the nightstand. I liked the reading lamps next to the beds and WiFi was easy to access. Room came with two complimentary bottles of water (3/4 size) inside of the mini fridge. Vaso Rooftop Bar at the top of this hotel has a beautiful outside area with a view of the river and sunset. Great place for drinks and small plates.

Our room was very spacious with nice amenities. I just love the layout of this hotel and room. We looked around at things we didn't use but we were only there one night. Nice gym, a beautiful pool and hot tub with the handicap accessible chairs. There were several families having a really good time. There's three glass elevators that overlook the atrium as u travel up and down. In the morning their breakfast is fantastic!!! Just about anything u could possibly want! Eggs, bacon, potatoes, sausage, pancakes and a make your own waffles. Juices, Coffee, toast, bagels, cereals and the best was they will make an omelet for u. U pick your favorite ingredients! All of it very good! We really enjoyed our stay with just one little glitch. Our room was stuffy but no adjusting the thermostat would get it below 74. It was hard to sleep with a room that warm. By the time we realized it, it was late or we would have asked to be moved. We informed the desk as we checked out so it can be fixed before the next person stays. (Room 720)

But the suites at this Residence Inn don't just have kitchenettes -- they have full kitchens! In the hotel room, there's a refrigerator and freezer, a stove with an oven, a sink, dishes and silverware, and lots of storage for your food. The room also has a two-person bar table just off the kitchen, so there's somewhere to sit and eat. Having a kitchen and table in our room made our stay just that much more enjoyable. We stayed in a room with a king bed, but there were four of us so two of us slept on the pull-out couch bed. Both beds were comfortable, and they give you extra linens and blankets for the pull-out, and you can request more if that's not enough. This hotel has an indoor pool that's pretty large, and the water was warm. The gym, which is right by the pool, is kind of small, so you might want to get there early so you can work out by yourself. There is also an outdoor basketball court around the side of the hotel. Just ask the people behind the desk for a basketball if you didn't bring one with you! The only downside to our stay was that housekeeping will not service your room unless you're staying for a week or more. So each day, we had to leave our own trash bags outside of our hotel room for the staff to eventually pick up. We also had to do the same with our wet/dirty towels, and then request clean towels at the front desk each day. It was kind of a drag. Apparently, this is the new standard with hotels since the pandemic, so I kind of expected to do my own room service. It just puts a downer on the trip, and I wish they would reinstate room service again as a standard.

Hotel was okay overall. However, it was appalling to find a daily parking charge. This is not a big…read moredowntown hotel that has limited parking or has to use a parking garage. I was in town for two meetings in the Dublin area and I selected the TownePlace Suites as the hotel opened in 2021. They accommodated me for an early check-in, but I didn't feel like my Bonvoy status was recognized. No upgraded room was offered. This hotel has an awesome workout room, plus an indoor pool and laundry. Not sure why a room with two Queen beds is priced less than a single King, but that's what I selected. Everything was clean and the bed was comfy. I just wished the pillows were firmer. My room had a glass shower, but I don't understand why the glass covers only half the shower. Inevitably you're spraying water out onto the floor. I was also surprised how noisy the room can be when someone is walking on the floor above your room. Like the Residence Inn, they had a complete breakfast buffet and the personal pancake maker. The Dublin property was a great stay.

We returned to our room Monday July 14th at approximately 9:30 pm. Like the day prior it appeared no one cleaned the room. I went into the restroom to prepare for bed and noticed an item on the bathroom sink. The item was a used BLOODY TAMPON stuck inside the wrapper of the new tampon. I'm assuming it was left there by the cleaning staff that entered my room but didn't clean it. The hotel front desk was notified and I requested he come to the room. He did so and we went to the front desk to resolve the issue. Not once did he offer a new room and when we asked who was going to clean / sanitize the bathroom, the attendant stated it was NOT HIS JOB!!! He also said, the cleaning staff would not be in until the following morning. I requested he give me the GM's number so I could call him. The attendant refused to provide the number so I requested he call the GM to resolve the issue in which he promptly refused. My son got justifiably upset and the attendant threatened to CALL THE POLICE and THROW US OUT of the hotel. I called Marriott and filed a complaint. Marriott asked for the attendant's name which he failed to provide and was not wearing a name tag. Finally, I demanded a new room which they provided but at the expense of a good night's sleep. Tuesday morning, Paul the GM said, he would contact me by Wednesday evening, this would give them time to investigate the incident and stated we'll make it right. It's been a week and I have not been contacted by Paul or Marriott. Paul appears to have been trained by Salma the former GM. Read the other reviews (Francis B. Mar 2, 2022) that talk about cleanliness and how they were treated by hotel staff, they push back. Nothing has changed at this property. To add insult to injury they comped a friend staying there that I called to witness the item in my room and the behavior of the front desk attendant. I would have rated the hotel even lower if it was an option. Extremely disappointed in Marriott.

The hotel was not only dirty (see additional details below) but they fraudulently charged us multiple times for the same rooms, resulting in us paying twice for the same visit on two separate cards. They refused to acknowledge duplicate charges and it took us having to work with our credit card companies and their internal investigation teams to get the charges reversed. Not only do they try to steal money and commit fraud, the hotel was dirty. -My kids feet were BLACK after being barefoot in the room -There was hair and used bandaids in the floor -Despite being there for 3 days our rooms were never cleaned -We were informed they had no more towels -The shower in one room never drained and they never came to fix it despite multiple asks -There was trash in the hallway our entire stay -There were men's clothes in my room when I checked in -The breakfast items served that had expiration dates visible, were well beyond their expiration. In summary, they are dirty in practice and in housekeeping and upkeep. AVOID AT ALL COST.
