Having these tests performed by a skilled optician (Jose) and then reviewed and explained to me by the eye Doctor (aka Optometrist) gave me full piece of mind on the state of my eyes and having the picture taken gives the Doctor a detailed view of the health of my eyes. Amy and Laurie are the highly trained eyewear stylists so to speak. They give you an honest opinion of what glasses work for you and what doesn't. Instead they sent my Mom a sombre, funereal looking arrangement with mostly white tulips with a few burgundy ones. Dull. I was hoping to cheer up an 84 year old woman with a bright, happy bouquet, but instead it looks like someone died. When I asked Lori's flowers why, they gave me an excuse that the tulip fields had flooded. Why then can go into any supermarket and purchase nicer, more colourful tulips? There is no tulip shortage this year (2023). There is nothing online about tulip fields flooding. When I told them I was not satisfied they basically gave me the bird and did nothing to make the situation better (like apologize for not fulfilling what is advertised.) Guess they don't mind dissatisfied customers and making the elderly feel like they are in a funeral home. Lori's did "God Bless" me though, so I guess it is run by some cult or some-such that feels no compunction to satisfy the heathens that order from them. Truly creepy. I will not use them again and recommend you don't either. Unless you go to the same creepy church.

You may be asking, why haven't you contacted us so we can get this sorted? Hmm, maybe because you're not taking any phone calls due to the Mother's Day holiday and that you're so "busy". I was looking for a new pair of prescription sunglasses at this location and when I walked in the sales associate at the desk asked what I was looking for so I told her What I was looking for and that was basically all the interaction that we had. I was the only one in the store and I was having a hard time deciding between 3 different pairs and not once did she come up and ask how I was doing or offered her opinion. I even told her I was having a hard time deciding and she just continued on opening packages and doing paperwork. At one point in time she was standing there just picking her nails. I was livid. I do not recommend this location to anyone because they don't seem to care about your business.
