My father, who lives in Alaska, recently parked his very nice rv at this lot at a rate of $120/month. It was to be stored there from March 2016 until June. On May 23, he received a call from the facility stating that the rv had been vandalized and had extensive damage, along with several others, and that the security cameras were not working because the power was out. After talking with the police about the investigation he was informed that this is a common occurrence at this particular lot and that in fact, they find the gates often open and security cameras off. Needless to say, this is his out of pocket expense, as vandalism is apparently NOT covered by the lot's insurance.
