I tried for the better part of a week to get someone to pickup and deliver chocolates to my mom for Mother's Day. I live down in LA, and my mom is in Springfield. There are very limited courier services in Eugene/Springfield, and even fewer that will deliver between Eugene and Springfield on a weekend. When I finally called Courtesy Delivery Service, it was Saturday, and I did not have high hopes. Marc took my call and was incredibly kind and helpful - he said he could get someone to do it, and gave me a quote upfront for a very reasonable price given that it was a Sunday and a Holiday. On delivery day he kept me informed about the timing of the pickup, and even went the extra mile when he arrived and no one was answering (because my mom was in the back garden), he called me, so I could get ahold of her, to make sure that she got her delivery (instead of just leaving it on the doorstep). I will be keeping their number in my phone for any future deliveries I need to have made in my hometown. So grateful for all their help and service. read more

Horrible service. Two times they have missed pick-ups that affected our production process and cost us money in idle time. In addition, when I called to let them know that they had missed a pick-up for the second time. The woman, who answered, ended the phone with "what an Asshole" as she hung up the line. Really unprofessional. #1 Recommendation, do what you are supposed to do. #2 Recommendation, make sure you hang up the phone before you start spouting off about your customers. Lady that answers the phone is probably hands down one of the rudest people I have ever worked with in my professional life. Called trying to confirm what address their driver delivered material to and it was instantly assumed it was everybody's fault except theirs. The material was said to be delivered but recipient could not locate it. No resolution what so ever until an hour later recipient calls back to say the delivery was left three address down from where it was supposed to be sent. Rude people and inaccurate service. Good thing there are other choices out there. Feel free to use these guys if you want added stress in your life. read more

Recently my company needed me to to find someone to deliver lunch for us. After a few phone calls to other places i found this company and ill admit i read the reviews and was a little worried. However i have nothing but good to say about them. We are kinda weird in we only deal in cash and dont have a company "card" so we were not able to use most places. Others would only pick up our food if we called and paid over the phone first. Courtesy however was able to accommodate us and make it work! Also when ive called in i have talked to Sandy and again Zero complaints. She is personable and very friendly. Thanks guy! read more

here we go again got passed by this a hole on hwy 126 westbound in a no passing zone almost a head on. I have talked to the owner of this company before guess it did no good I guess I'll file another complaint with the dot again. maybe they'll get their dot permit pulled. this is by worse professional driver I have seen. I agree with Steve J, the lady who answers the phone is mean. Hung up on me when I tried to tell her she didn't bill our company. She asked, "what do you want, just send me a check." Well, I would need the bill to do that so our accountant can charge the correct account. Mean, mean, mean lady! read more

Super rude driver for this supposed "courteous" delivery company. Cut us off and didn't let us in to his lane despite having plenty of opportunity to do so. Can't believe a company that gets such bad reviews can continue to get any business. read more

The owner of this company ran a red light while talking on his cell phone! When I yelled at him to hang up, he got a real attitude. I found it interesting, since the side of the vehicle says, Courtesy Delivery. When I called the company to complain, the woman on the phone didn't even want to hear about it. I would never use this company!!! read more

I obviously have a different idea of courtesy. One driver (the owner I believe) pulled into our business parking lot and blocked the exit and another driver parked on the street blocking the entrance. Apparently they were exchanging loads. We share a parking lot with an unused warehouse; tons of parking without hampering our traffic flow. I stopped conducting my business to ask them to move. As I pointed out the empty parking lot, the street driver hussled to his truck and moved it . The driveway guy replied "don't you have anything better to do than bitch?" I replied "I have business to run and you're blocking our driveway." One of our clients was waiting on the street to get in. The dialog deteriated from there. I felt a little threatened when I checked the name on his truck and went to call his supervisor. Sandy answered the phone, when I asked to speak to someone about a driver complaint said she was an owner. She also said one of the drivers was a company owners and had already called. I asked what he said happened and she said it didn't matter it was over. I did get a curt apology; I can't say that it felt at all sincere. When I tried to explain why I was frustrated she said "I'm sorry you are having a bad day", then "what do you want me to do fire him?" I really just wanted her to say it was not appropriate and wouldn't happen again. I wouldn't be surprised if it happened again tomorrow. I think they did learn to get the phone hung up before spouting off, but they need to look up courtesy in the dictionary. read more
