When I was handed my ticket, it was a ticket that had my name and a number in it. It didn't say how many items I had. I knew I would most likely not be the one picking up the dry cleaning so I handed the ticket back to the girl and asked if they could update it with the amount of items I had dropped off. She happily obliged. I'm wondering, though, why didn't they just do this in the first place? Not a big deal, but it is better customer service if your items are listed. My second experience was much worse. I dropped off a vintage, silk, nightgown and robe. The young man who took my order was very friendly. I showed him that I had two items and that they would need some extra attention for stains. When I went to pick up my vintage nightgown set, it was no longer a set. I was missing the nightgown. I did not realize this until I had walked to my car. I went back in and told the young woman working behind the counter that I was missing my nightgown. Her first response was "are you sure?" Then it was a casual, " I will give it another look and see if it's here." Well, it wasn't. So I told her that it needed to be found right away because I had sold this item and needed to ship it. Only then did she seem concerned. She was very nice through this whole process, I must say. She called her main location and after several minutes of being on the phone, she told me it was there. Then she proceeded to tell me that all of their drivers had gone home and no one was available. If I wanted the item today, I need to go pick it up myself. I go to the other location amd I tell them I'm there for the missing nightgown. One girl literally turned her back to the counter and got on her phone. The other girl went to look for it. She came back and said "we had no idea who this belonged to". She then handed me the nightgown without a bag. Mind you, it's pouring rain outside. It's a dry cleaners. Who gives someone their item back without a bag? Now, I will say that the garments were clean and most of the spots came out. With both experiences the clothes looked great. So I would maybe recommend this business. Just be on your game when you do drop off and pick ups. They are not well organized.

You can specify that certain clothes be returned on hangers (which HappyNest provides). *Customer Service is EXCELLENT!
