He made time in his schedule to fit me in. He arrived on time in commercial truck. The machine in the truck is huge. This is one professional system. He explained the process and price, then got right to work. I expected a fast clean which could get most of the carpet clean. Dennis got EVERY stain out. Not exaggerating. He even got down on his hands and knees to get every little stain out. I was shocked. One tiny stain (size of a penny) he focused on until it finally came out. Didn't give up on it. If Dennis tells you a stain cant come out, believe it. Still cant believe how clean my carpet is. He even raked it! He also left booties so your feet don't get wet and then left me a bottle of spot remover. I've used carpet cleaning companies in the past and they were nothing like Dennis. You can tell he takes pride in his work. He worked hard, no breaks. After 2.5 hours, he was done. He works harder than people half his age. You don't find service like this anymore. I tipped Dennis because of how well he did. He went above and beyond and he deserved it. If you don't choose Dennis, you likely have made a mistake. I am very happy and will tell all my friends. Thanks again Dennis, your amazing!

The plumber discovered that there was in fact, debris, loose installation, wood chips, nails, drywall, and particles of other materials that were torn out from the demolition of the mold remediation project. The plumber left telling me that the lines needed to be jetted and that he would talk to Caleb about the follow up during that time. I asked Caleb to send me the report after spending hours of flushing, the sewer line out with my water ,which height my water bill $200 more than average.. Caleb is very untrustworthy and does not keep his word after his workers causing damage to your property. He rather you take him to court after trying to resolve the issue with him He ultimately did not resolve anything. He chose to ignore the damage they created for me . His company has forced me to endure Financial hardship and had not continue to be a professional to simply resolve the original issue his company created.
