Tim spent a lot of time and used various Green Pro products associated with specific cleaning applications. I was appalled today at what transpired when the carpet manager came to give me an estimate after…read moresetting up an appointment 2 weeks ago to clean my carpet. He wanted to run his water hose through my bedroom window to the bathroom to hook up the water. Because of the complicated situation I asked him if I could have a discount. He then turned around and walked out without any explanation. I thought he left to hook things up. A while passed and I didn't hear from so I called him. I asked him why he left and he said because I asked for a discount and he said that if he returned he would charge me $100. I told him I was reporting him to Better Business Bureau and he hung up the phone on me.I would not recommend this service to anyone..I strongly encourage anyone who need carpets cleaned to call a professional cleaning service.
