I have had Steam Green coming each spring for years, to clean the master bedroom and main part of my home. They move and carefully replace furniture, and always do an excellent job. This year I also had them do the ceramic tile in my kitchen, dining area, back hall and bathroom, and my tile is so clean it looks brand new. They scrubbed it with a cleaning solution and a brush before steaming it, and tho I keep it pretty clean, the results were really impressive. Steam Green to the rescue! Recently I had a plumbing disaster and was afraid I was going to have tear up my basement carpet. All you need to know is that Kodie has got your back! About a month ago, I had water in my basement and I had called Kodie's Steam Green Carpet Cleaning company to see if they could help me. Kodie was very prompt and came to my home soon after I hung up with him. He came into my home and assessed the situation quickly and started the repair work. All of my communication was by phone as I was at work. I NEVER let workers in my home without my husband or I being home. But with the urgent water situation, I had no choice. After his team came through, I was very thankful that they were the ones in my home. Kodie has a man to recommend for any project and he got me setup to have my drywall and carpet repaired. He also managed to salvage my carpet! So, after my positive experience with Kodie and his team, I decided to get the carpet cleaned in other parts of my house. I asked Kodie to do it for me. And, just like the basement work, it was stellar. My carpet will be 10 years old. After two kids and constant heavy traffic on my carpets, Kodie was able to remove all the stains AND make the carpet look like new again. I had been contemplating new carpeting but have delayed it since it would be a pain to handle. Kodie's team has bought me a few more years out of this carpet. Then, I asked Kodie if he'd clean the tiles and grout in my house as those had not been professionally cleaned in 10 years either. And, they did a beautiful job. I have large porcelain tile with thin grout lines and his team was able to clean everything very nicely. However, after they left (a few days later), I noticed stains on my stainless steal that could not be removed. The stains were not very obvious but definately noticeable. I figured the stains were from the cleaning agent that was applied to the tile. So, I contacted him. He came over as soon as he could and brought a cleanser to attempt to get the stains out. The stains became light but still were present. So, I was content that he tried to remove the stains but asked if he'd keep an eye out on products that could completely remove the stains. Two hours later, Kodie called me and wanted to use another product. He came over and it worked!!! I was so thankful as I had just bought brand new kitchen appliances two months ago and I was bummed about the stains. The best sign of a man who has skill and expertise is that he does a perfect job AND that he knows how to fix a problem when it happens. And, also knows how to handle himself and his client in times mistakes/accidents happen. The reason for the stains was a mistake made in the mixing of the cleanser by one of his men. I appreciated the honesty and transparency of Kodie's calm and cool communication. He truly has the work ethic and personal responsibility that is so lacking in today's business world.
