It was important to us to use a dry cleaning system that would not effect my allergies or our pets in any way. We had many stains from children spilling food to pet stains. Tim spent a lot of time and used various Green Pro products associated with specific cleaning applications. I was totally amazed at how the cleaning removed the stains, with no odor and left our carpet looking like new! I liked the fact that we did not have to put pads under the legs of our furniture after cleaning like you would have to do for water and steam cleaning.
