Ray's machines were all in great working order with plenty for us to use without limiting other customer. There was enough counter space for us to start folding afterwards and a vending machine for us to get snacks from while we waited. Ray was also there and spoke to us, he was extremely kind and understanding of our situation. If anyone ever has to go through what we did I highly recommend going to Ray's to help with the recovery

I have been in many laundromats in Florida and this is BY FAR the BEST! The washers and dryers are all fairly new and work well. The place is clean as can be because the young lady who works there is constantly cleaning and shining everything. This woman deserves a raise! What a gem of an employee. The owners are lucky to have her on board! The cost is also low. We drove 10 miles from Anna Maria island to do our laundry because we appreciate how clean and nice this place is! Thank you!

Then it somehow gets even worse--filed a claim, got ignored, had to chase them down multiple times, waited a month, couldn't even get them to answer the phone. Finally got a call back through another location just to be told they "don't damage items." So apparently your clothes just magically destroy themselves here. Avoid this place unless you're okay throwing your money and clothes away.
