I received the rudest, most uncaring service at this joint that I have ever had from a business. I…read morebrought back a skirt that they had previously cleaned after I discovered that it had a long black streak on the back of it. When the female clerk grumpily agreed to re-clean the skirt I said, "You don't seem very happy in your job. You don't say hello to me when I arrive or thank me for my business when I leave, even though I'm a repeat customer. Is something wrong?" She then gave a little smirk and said "Other people have said that to me, but it's like this: I'm raising a daughter and about anything else I don't care." So she's received other complaints about her rude incompetence and her response is to make another customer aware that she couldn't care less?! I informed her that since she didn't care, I didn't either and that I'd be taking my business elsewhere. I also found out the business owner's name and have sent him a detailed letter about the matter. That girl is a moron! Avoid this place at all costs!

I have been in many laundromats in Florida and this is BY FAR the BEST! The washers and dryers are all fairly new and work well. The place is clean as can be because the young lady who works there is constantly cleaning and shining everything. This woman deserves a raise! What a gem of an employee. I needed a Laundry Mat while on Vacay in the Bradenton area and found this one on Google Maps about…read more3 miles from my AirBnB. It was easy to locate with my GPS and it had great hours! Plus an attendant on duty! The place is Bright Blue Building on the corner intersection so you can't miss it! Plenty of parking areas. Private lot The building is big and spacious and everything looks clean and neat! The machines are all ran by a card system! You can use cash or card to load the laundry card. If you use credit card it starts at $10 increments but $1 increments if you use cash. It cost $1 to buy card for first time. Once loaded on there the money remains in your balance until used! I load my clothing into a large 6X loader for $6.99 *might as well said $7 the dryer is .60 cents for 12 minute increments I usually dry for 24-36 minutes depending on weight of clothing. I put $10 on my card to start but might need to add $2 additional for drying! Don't want to overload card balance because I'm just passing through! Highly recommend and if in area again I will use again!

This has happened on several other machines as well. This is happening to other customers as well. They charge 80 cent surcharge to load your card with money to use there machines, on top of that the machine steals your money. I have called the 941-226-2321 number and it just rings, no answering machine, I just called the 877-394-0173 number and got the answering service. I told the really rude lady the situation and she said call y the other number and leave a message, it only rings, no answering machine. She told me that's not true, so she called me a liar. Now the other problem is if you put the dryer on high heat you still only get a lower heat setting. Now one other problem which is probably illegal, is there is only one entrance which is the only exit out of the building, all other doors are locked, so you're trapped inside. The bar next door had several people shot last week.
