After I sent the logo and followed up again to make sure they received it, I never heard back again, I also included my phone number. So then I finally called and left a voicemail. Never heard anything back and still haven't. Cannot recommend a place that asks for the logo and then never gets back to you. Give me a break...not right. At least have the courtesy to reach back out after requesting me to send the logo. Don't trust this business.

I was looking for a couple options- a small batch and larger batch of bandit signs( real estate type signs for outdoor advertising) for a local non profit group. She was so incredibly helpful and I never felt rushed with my questions and she was the key to moving along my project in a timely manner. She also asked if I needed stakes and those little follow up questions that made the whole process so seamless. I sent in the art work I had but it was lacking the polish and high res images needed. Luckily Caitlin helped point me in the right direction and looped in graphic designer, Mikayla. I have to say- I use to work with Project Managers and graphic designers in my previous job and if I was still in that role, Id try to recruit Mikayla and Caitlin. They just understood the assignment, gave options ( not pushy at all though) and got the job done in record time. The communication also was top notch and honestly I can't see why Id go anywhere else from now on just from service alone. They will hang it for you for a cost, but I had a friend who hung it for me instead. I would have another sign made by them in a heartbeat!
