I went Sunday morning to buy my groceries today. I didn't have a bad experience till at the end when I was checking out. There was a girl cashier waiting impatiently for the cashier helping me to finish up, so she could start her shift while holding her cash drawer. I notice she would also look at the older woman ringing me up and rolled her eyes impatiently. Last time I was in there the workers wore gloves because of the Covid-19 virus. I mention to the lady ringing me up about the gloves. Keep in mind she was kind and helpful. In return the young impatient girl replies "we don't have to, it's our choice if we want to." She says in an aggressive manner. Next thing I know she doesn't stop there after I said I actually clean everything from even wiping down our groceries. She again comes back telling me "you are touching the money and your purse and groceries." Couldn't believe I was hearing this, I have blue med gloves and mask on. I said what is your name? Her reply was" I don't have to tell you". Next I said you are very rude and you shouldn't be talking this way to customers. Then she gets even madder like wants to get last word in a debate and says that I have some nerve telling her she is rude and tells me off and as I'm leaving she yells out "get out of here!" Ok ...that's it ..I turned around and very upset and hurt I said that I want to talk to your manager. The manager Christy came up to me and was understanding but when I told her what happen she said don't do anything till I talk to her. I asked have her explain her side of what occur while she was standing nearby. Her demeanor and voice was now nice and lying not all true...WOW! As I the commenced to leave again, I told Christy still shocked and upset I want a refund. Never have I in all my years experienced such a rude person who is supposed to be doing good in customer service and helping people. Even if you are having a bad day you need to leave it at home and care about your job. I am 63 and I have been in public relations since 1980 and this is the first! I will not shop here ever again and also my family won't. Christy, I hope to god you have a serious talk to your employees that do such poor conduct to customers. read more

We order our groceries almost weekly from country Mart. We do curbside pick up and find that they do an excellent job every time. The individuals that bring it out to our car are very polite and helpful. We have had to call the manager a few times and asked for extra help or to add onto an order at the last minute and they have been really great to work with, wanting to do whatever they could to help us. We just think they do a great job and the store employee a lot of local people. read more

I ordered organic fruit and vegetables online for a friend to pick up for me. It seems as if they picked the worst unsellable pears and tomatoes to fulfill my order. Of 6 pears, 4 ended up in the garbage. The skins had soft brown spots and were obviously overripe, two organic tomatoes had big mold spots on them. Two ended up in the garbage. Organic produce is terribly expensive and I feel cheated. read more

Country Mart in Forsyth is so expensive. It art to be against the law . The prices are ridiculous and the management is a joke. I took back a half a gallon of milk to exchange for the right product. The milk was never opened. I had my receipt. The milk was kept in a cooler bag until I got it into the store. You would of thought I wanted to rob the store the way I was treated. My hubby, went into the store back in the summer. He is a type 1 diabetic . He was trying to get something sweet to keep from going low. He made it to the orange juice isle and opened up a bottle of orange juice. He woke up over a hour later sitting on the floor with the juice still in his hands. Not one person reported him sitting on the floor in the cooler section or not one employee came to check on him. He made it back to the register and told the clerk what had happened. He told her he was still not able to drive home. That he was going to go out to the truck and sit until he felt his sugar level go up and drive home. He asked that some one check on him if his truck did move. He sit in that parking lot for almost 45 mins more going in and out of conscious. Not one person came and checked on him or the clerk did not even tell anyone. Really people. I called the home office to report this and not one person called me back from the store or from the home office. Home town proud. I think not. It is all about the dollar. Sorry to say I don't give them many of mine. read more
