Very nice convenience store with good prices and easy access. On green mountain which was a few miles from our motel angel inn center.

The midnight cashier was extremely rude and inconsiderate. DO NOT go into this store to purchase anything.

Food good. Beers hot. No welcome. Staff could've loved their job or at least faked it.

The station in Theodosia is, in part, staffed by some very nasty, rude clerks. Better local places to spend my money. I had been a customer for over 16 years and put up with the rude treatment until recently when they started insulting me behind my back but in front of my visiting daughter. I have never left a review before but this was ridiculous, I would not trust buying anything from here after this instance. I went in to this gas station with my husband to go to the bathroom and buy a water, but when I came out of the restroom my husband who had my purse and phone was nowhere to be seen. I searched the place multiple times looking for him and the clerk and I assume the manager lady just kept watching me. I finally made it outside to the car and my husband was there, he told me he was called up and told (By the clerk and lady) that my purse had to be left behind the counter so nothing would be taken while he shopped and when he told them he was not going to leave it there because it had personal items in it they told him it would be safe but he didn't trust it and got out of there. But because he had my phone I had no way of knowing where he was and they just watched me like I was going to do something wrong while I was just frantically looking for my husband. needless to say I didn't go back in to buy anything and given the way they were acting I would not trust buying anything from this place if that is how they are going to act just from me trying to go to the bathroom and my husband just waiting for me. read more

I will never set foot in a white oak station until they change their policy and start marking the prices of items on the shelf. This is the most sketchy business practice that I've ever encountered in the Branson area. I can't believe they're allowed to get away with it, but this is the case and every single store they own. read more

We visited Branson for MLK weekend, and stayed at a hotel just south of the Strip, off Hw 165. This was a new hotel, but the same general part of town where we usually stay, which meant a visit or two to White Oak Pantry. We were able to stock up on gas and milk and candies and some lottery tickets first thing Saturday morning. The lady working the counter was nice and friendly and made for a good way to start our day. We're glad we visited and look forward to stopping by the next time we're in town! read more

Looking for a place I can get my soda cup refilled, gonna keep looking to see if $1.49 for refill soda with Pepsi, is the average price around in Branson. This location has both Pepsi and that other major soda in their fountains. They do have plenty of store space here, with a decent selection. Overall, no recommendations here, good or bad. read more

White Oak Station - a chandelier hanging from the ceiling - Beer, Wine & Spirits Near Me - Branson, Missouri

I called to see if they had my favorite bourbon in stock. Girl answered "White Oak". I asked my question and she said to hold. She laid the phone down and I could hear her conversations with customers. She was having a great time. Laughing, asking about people, what they were going to do that night, etc. 11 minutes and 28 seconds later I got tired of listening to her BS with other people and gave up. Absolutely a horrid place of business. I have been going to the "White Oak" gas stations for 25 YEARS. About 15 years ago I even bought my (I didn't know at the time) future mother in law her Christmas presents from this very store once. She still has the purse and she jokes with me about it every year. Unfortunately the quality of the business, attitude of the employees, the service and the atmosphere have sharply declined over the last couple of years . The way I was talked to and the way I was treated is can only be described as gross. About a month ago as I came to the WOS on 165 and Green mountain in Branson Mo. As I got to the counter, placed the items on the counter the cashier said, "you have some cup cakes in your pocket". I half laughing said "Ms. You are mistaken". Embarrassed and confused I tried to laugh it off but she was very serious. She loudly demanded in front of about 10 people that I open my coat pockets and I get the contents out. I kept going back to WOS daily as I have for a while. I could not believe it when about 2 weeks ago the exact same thing happened to me form another lady demanding I had taken something and she wanted to know where it was. I quietly once again opened up my pockets which were empty again and (embarrassed as a person could be) I left $10 there on the counter with the coffee and one more item I came to purchase. I didn't go back for about two weeks Yesterday i returned I went in with a friend, I did not purchase anything and i waited on him to finish up . As we were walking out the door the manager ran out from behind the counter yelled at me "where are the cupcakes"? . I came back inside, showed her my pockets and asked her "what is it with you all thinking I am stealing cupcakes, this is the 3rd time"? As she examined my pockets her eagerness and adrenaline soon gave way to disappointment as the realization that once again I had nothing in my pockets. as the 15 people there stared with all eyes on me while I was being yelled at and belittled by the manager. I was now fully expecting her to say she was sorry, maybe some sort of explanation or at least admit she made a mistake. Instead she said "well you had it a second ago I don't know what you did with it". About an hour ago I had to get gas and as I was talking to a person who is a cashier there ( trying to quickly pay as the store was packed) I hear a voice 20 feet behind the cashier yell "you are kicked out of here and she told you that yesterday" I said "no maam, no she didn't but you know what, I give up, I will never come back" you don't have to make things up. The lady 100% in front of everyone called me a F@gg0t numerous times as I was leaving. I pumped my gas and went to my office to write this. I can't believe I could be made so angry at a place where I buy coffee and gas. Someone needs to review their cameras and council the employees. I dont think they will be around much longer, at night they padlock the bathrooms shut now, they put their own WOS half frozen doughnuts in a display case from Krispy Kream fooling no one. To top it off there is no website or contact info I can find to inform the corporate office. The best part is they don't have to take my word its all recorded. read more

Went in to cash lottery ticket money, we were unable to because they said they 'didn't want to'. Shocked and disappointed

Quick & on the way to our Resort. Gas was $2.99 a gallon. They have a store inside so you can grab snacks & drinks like hot coffee too!

We went here to pick up some drinks before checking in to our hotel. The inside was clean, but extremely busy and at times hard to get around. Not all of the prices were marked clearly and the staff wasn't very friendly either. read more
