Super personable, great energy, and made the whole experience feel effortless. I ordered the peanut butter and jelly burger--smash-style patty with bacon, peanut butter, jelly, Tabasco, and pickles--and wow... one of the most unique and satisfying burgers I've had in a long time. It hits that perfect balance of savory, sweet, and nostalgic. I asked Paul what he would pair with it, and he absolutely nailed it. He introduced me to "Chimp My Ride" from Solano Brewing Company, a rich stout with chocolate and peanut butter notes that complemented the burger perfectly. It honestly brought back that childhood lunchbox feeling in the best way possible. On top of that, Chef Jamie personally brought out the food and took the time to connect--great conversation, great presence, and you can tell there's real pride behind what they're doing here. The vibe, the style, the food, and the people all come together here. Easy five stars. I'll definitely be back.

I'm not coming to a bar to read someone's opinions on the wall--keep that to yourself. If you just want a casual drink, it'll do. But the whole vibe feels a little sloppy and unnecessary. Clean it up and focus on the food and beer instead.

I'm pescatarian. Sales tax - 8.375% ($7.70) I was craving seafood in a bag. When The hubby and I decided to stop in Fairfield to run some errands, I decided to give Bag O Crab a try. I placed my takeout order thru their site. You can tip online so no need to bring cash if you choose to tip for pickup orders. The order comes in a reusable bag. And they followed my note to put the sausages on the side. I thought the food was great. Good amount of heat. Tho for the spiciest level, I always want more. It wasn't quite spicy enough. Good flavor for their OG cajun. My craving was definitely satisfied. I tend to crave seafood in a bag quite often. However, it is pricey for a solo meal, so I try to only indulge every once in a while. Would come again for their c4 combo. REVIEW #4033

The inside of the restaurant is really cute & spacious, we've always been lucky enough to sit in the booths. We came today & ordered combo #2 with atomic sauce with dynamite spice along with their garlic noodles. The food itself was jam packed with so much flavor, it was delicious! The dynamite spice is perfect if you're someone who enjoys spice. If you don't know already, they do make you pay immediately after ordering so be prepared for that! Our server was nice as well & made sure we were doing okay. The only issue that has happened during previous visits , is that our server would disappear completely & we'd be left with no refills & no help when needed. That's just one little thing this place needs to work on, but the food is fantastic! Always my favorite place to visit when I'm in fairfield

I initially booked an olive oil tasting but later discovered that it was more of an educational thing where you have to sit in a room. With a baby and a dog , I was hoping we can just enjoy that outdoors but they weren't able to accommodate. I hope sometime in the future they can change that . Instead of the olive oil tasting , I decided to have lunch outdoors. It was such a beautiful day and a tad windy . We started with some cocktails. Pomegranate Margarita : 5/5 it was the perfect blend of tangy , slightly sweet and the salt rim balanced all the flavors nicely. Also , it was pretty strong . Charcuterie $45 : Wow the presentation for this charcuterie was beautiful . Everything on the board was yummy and was a nice snack for grazing and enjoying it with the cocktail . I really liked the sweet walnuts , olives , wagyu sausage , pickled carrots , cauliflower , & the fig jam . 5/5 French onion soup $20 : I never really think to get a french onion soup but I was convinced that this was the best thing ever .. and guess what ?! It was !! This was probably the best french onion soup i've ever had . It was super rich , savory , and slightly sweet from the carmelized onions . It also had some delicious melted gruyère cheese that was oozing with the soup . The puff pastry on top was soo good . It was nice and comforting . 5/5 Prosciutto and Brie $30 : Dare I say this was probably one of the tastiest sandwiches ever ?! I can't believe prosciutto and brie can taste this good . The combination of garlic aioli , pickled shallots , red onions with farm greens mixed in the sandwich really brought out all the flavors. The only downside is for the portion idk if it justifies the price 4.5 /5 Ordered a special Pre fixe menu that came with farm salad with Quinoa + Olive oil icecream puff pastry dessert $30 + 10 salmon add on to salad . Salmon quinoa salad : This dish was super simple but the fish was cooked to perfection . It was super moist and the quinoa was fluffy and the salad was nicely dressed . 5/5 We had a great time and the food was fantastic. I'm really happy this place was dog friendly and family friendly. It's so hard finding places that accommodate both . Service was great . Luis did a good job on making sure we were taken care of . He was always checking in on us during our meal and was even whispering when the baby was napping . A+ service . Overall this place is a hidden gem . It's a tad pricey for lunch but the quality and service makes it worth it . We will definitely be back again to try the other delicious foods !

Because they have a small farm, there is a bit of a smelly aroma outside. We had the French onion soup, which was enclosed by a puff pastry and had gruyere cheese inside, torch shaped pasta with squash and pancetta and breadcrumbs, and a Brussels sprouts Caesar salad with crispy prosciutto. Every dish tasted magnificent. I like them all equally. Tastefully seasoned and cooked well to make the flavors stand out along with beautiful presentation. My critiques would be that the melted cheese from the French onion soup would solidify get stuck on the spoon and some of the larger Brussels sprouts on the salad were a bit tough. Pasta was a tad bit salty but still great. We had two scoops of gelato for dessert- olive oil with a hint of lemon zest and flakey salt and chocolate. Both were creamy delicious and not too rich. Our server was nice and explained some of the food items to us. After lunch, my friend and I walked around the garden and enjoyed the views surrounded by the vineyards.

The Marriott Bar/Lounge is located inside of the Marriott Hotel. I discovered it one evening while my husband was stuck at a function in said hotel. Rather than be social and mingle with the hotel crowd in one of the many reception rooms with a nametag slapped to my chest, I decided it would be better to go find the hotel bar. Boy, I'm glad that I did. Mark (the bartender at the Marriott) is a wonderful find. His rockabilly hairstyle and snappy black vest assured me right off the bat that it would be an evening of good conversation and good drinks, and I was not disappointed. Here's the great deal that will knock your socks off: on Tuesday nights there is a free appetizer bar (cheese/vegetables and the like) and free draft beer/select wine. Ideally one should purchase a cocktail for the sake of saying "thank-you" for the wonderful amenities; more importantly, one should order a cocktail for the simple pleasure of experiencing a Mark-crafted Manhattan. The bar itself has two flatscreen TVs; by default Mark usually will keep them trained on the sports world unless you make a request. As it stands the lounge area could stand to be opened up a bit more. The conference/dining area next to the bar is frequently empty, which makes the placement of the bar area feel rather arbitrary. The decor is, well, hotel-y. All the basics are behind the bar but do not go if you plan on ordering an esoteric bourbon. They do have Sierra Nevada on tap, which is nice, but other than that your beer choices are fairly limited if you're an avid microbrew fan. My suggestion: get a group of friends together, grab a table early on (especially on Tuesdays) or sit at the bar and let Mark work his magic. You will not be disappointed.
