My service animal had his service vest clearly displayed as well as his ID tags, he was leashed and in no manner during my time shopping was he disruptive or posing any threat to anyone in the store. At the time of checkout, the associate Denise, whom later identified herself as the store manager told me "Just so you know, your animal cannot come in here" this was in direct in reference to my service animal. I then asked her for clarification as I stated "He's a service animal, what do you mean?" The associate Denise then proceeded to argue with me which escalated the situation. Denise then stated to me that she would not provide any service to me as she knew the Washington State Laws and it was within her right to tell me that my service animal cannot be in the store or provide services. However, at no point did Denise ask me the ADA guideline questions such as if my animal was an ADA certified service animal or what task he is trained for. Instead, she had asked me to leave after I specifically requested to speak to a store manager. At that point, Denise stated "I am the Store Manager and you need to leave". After this, I told her I was going to file a corporate complaint as she clearly violated the Disability Act (ADA) laws, with no grounds. Denise then left to print out the ADA guidelines. She then handed it to my sister and told her "she (in reference to me) needs to read the ADA guidelines and learn what the law says before she decides to file a complaint to corporate". As a United States disabled Veteran with a disability and requiring a service animal, I'm appalled at the thought that this associate/ manager is treating anyone who may have a disability requiring a certified ADA service animal in this same manner. DO BETTER WALGREENS!!!

It started when someone broke the glass at the drive thru, and then all the staffing changes. It was like going to a 3rd world country pharmacy. Long hold times if you were lucky enough to get through, long long waits both inside and the drive thru. It was a nightmare! Collin the pharmacist was on leave at that time and gotta say even I looked into going elsewhere. Once Collin came back (the absolute best pharmacist EVER btw!) things got much better this past year! Yes, sometimes call times can be a bit of a wait, but most times it's not much of a wait at all anymore. (Just don't call right when they open). Things are back to normal! The staff is well trained and friendly as of this writing. As far as Collin, he's so quick, meticulous and good at what he does I would follow him to whatever pharmacy he goes to! Who writes a review about their pharmacist?! ME! Walgreens is lucky to have him, and so am I !!!!!!

I had a very disappointing experience at the Walgreens pharmacy in Graham. The employee helping me--the woman with tattoos on her arms and dark hair with bangs--was extremely kind, patient, and helpful. However, another employee Carrie ? Taller lady long dark hair came over about four minutes into their lunch break and told her she needed to shut everything down and that I had to come back after lunch. I understand employees deserve their lunch break, but I had already been waiting before the scheduled closure and was in the middle of being helped. The second employee's attitude and lack of concern were very disappointing, especially after I explained that I was completely out of my medication. A little compassion and better customer service would have gone a long way.
