It is easy to look at the accounts easily rather than having them buried under layers like Bank of America does on their site. Don't disregard this place so easily. I often use the Southbridge location. Maybe that affects things with different personnel. Trust me, they are worth doing business with. And it is comforting in this big world to go where Everyone knows your name and is always glad you came.

Whenever something came up on either side, he was easy to get a hold of and rectify the situation. Subsequently, I have refinanced twice as mortgage rates dropped (I bought before the market tanked) and each was as easy as the original. So I was humiliated when I couldn't pay for groceries. I tried several times to get money out of the ATM thinking it should clear in a day and it was off hours so I could not call them. As a customer of 14 years, I come and see the check must be on hold. I had bills to pay so I scheduled them tomorrow. Well they put my bills through and a PENALTY OF INSUFFICIENT FUNDS fee on all 6 transactions and then MIRACULOUS LY then my check clears in the next online entry. I live on a fixed income and 108. From being disabled and that's a week of food for me and never throw away that kind of me. So they reversed one of the six fees but big deal! ITS SO DISCOURAGING!

No one looks up from their desk, everyone wants to look too busy to help you. Multiple tellers doing drive up and one doing front in bank teller work. No one is friendly. I will now drive out of my way to go to Sturbridge where every teller looks up, says Hi asks how you are and goes out of their way to be helpful. Why when I go to one of the Northeast CT Branches does the manager have to come out of his office to get a teller to help me. Training is definitely needed there. Maybe they should all go spend time in the Sturbridge branch and see how a great bank is done.
