Deanna K. was the teller who saw me first, and she was able to issue me a new ATM card. Unfortunately, there is usually a 2-day delay before the card could be used. Carole Reuter, the Branch Operations Manager, was able to override this for me once she understood that I was in a bit of a jam, since I needed an ATM or credit card to go online and get a temporary license to drive. Both Deanna and Carole were extremely nice and accommodating and understanding.
