I contacted one more individual via their toll free number and while he expressed a few monotone platitudes, he was far more interested in getting me company saving financing when I said 'I would now rather go out of business than to work with your office..." IMO - the lack of professional conduct most certainly reflects their company standards, not to mention their business model. outside of the next Noah style flood event with this company having the only available boat... there is absolutely no imaginable scenario that would cause me to do business with this firm.

It is financing, I processed a deal for my business and as I had questions while paying on it, they always helped me. Every cent they told me that would be paid to the bank was reflected on my billing cycles. I had a few issues with my business name being inactive and they helped me and were patient while I dealt with handling it. I will be a returning customer.
