We worked with a great decorator Angela who helped us achieve what we wanted. We eventually did all the flooring on the main floor. Whenever we ran into a problem the company came up with a solution. They were so accommodating and the staff they have is fantastic. They stand by the contract you sign. The workers are friendly, knowledgable, and take pride in their work. I highly recommend HJ Martin. Even their carpet cleaning department is awesome.

What I'm not happy with is I signed the contract when a promo was going on where I would get a $60 gift card & 60% off on installation. They ended the gift card promo saying they ran out. If u have a promo going it shouldn't end in the middle of a deal. Have enough cards to finish the day! Also both the salesperson & the workers gave me false information on fixing problems w/my garage floor which was done in 2021. They said they could be fixed at no extra charge, that was not true.

I contracted with Granite Stoneworks & CabinetWorks to install countertops and backsplashes, and…read morethe results were unacceptable. The bottom edge of one backsplash was cut crooked, and the caulking was messy--uneven, poorly applied, and visually distracting. I've already removed and redone the caulk on the makeup counter. I contacted the company about the issue, and they did come out to inspect it. They acknowledged the problem and said they would follow up. That was over two months ago. Since then, I've reached out multiple times--by phone and email--and have received no response. No update, no repair, no accountability. For a project that should have added value and beauty to my home, I'm left with a flawed installation and zero customer service. I expected better craftsmanship and professionalism. At this point, I wouldn't recommend this company to others.
