I called and spoke with the owner about it. I was wanting someone to come check it out. He asked me a few questions about the fridge and how we were using it. He then offered some suggestions about how to help it perform as it was designed. He said to call him back if those suggestions didn't work and he would come and check it out. We implemented the suggestions and have not had any issues. I appreciated him offering the suggestions over the phone instead of coming out and charging me for a trip to do the same thing. 2) More recently, we have had a lingering water leak issue somewhere around the roof. I found a couple of places where I thought water might be getting in, but over time, it was obvious that I had not found the place where it was getting in. Called and set up an appointment. They worked with me to schedule a time when someone would be at home. The techs called when they were on the way and they kept us in the loop throughout the process of doing the work. They were very courteous and professional. In less than two hours, they had found where the water was getting in (something that should have been done at the factory), corrected the issue, put everything back together, sent me before and after pictures, were paid and gone. Well worth what we paid them. Definitely recommend these guys to folks having issues with their camper/RV.

I've always been able to fix it myself until now when my motor needed repair. I've always bought my parts from Ladd's. I've looked up prices online and found Ladd's to still be less expensive. Not only that, the parts have always been in stock. I needed brushes for my motor which turned into a $600 repair. I looked for parts online and found them to be inexpensive, but I wasn't sure which part I needed. It turns out that the brushes on my motor are very expensive. Not knowing the part number, I'll just have to take their word for it. They've been square with me before so I think they're honest. They helped me unload when I got there, had it fixed within one week, and they loaded it up on my trailer for me. Not only that, but I got it back clean! They washed it! Thanks Ladd's!
